Two twitch drops for wow revealed

When twitch and said game company do drops they tend to make contracts on who gets what in profit

Blizzard lets Dottie be a twitch drop

Twitch drop gets revenue from ads/get a cut from content creators

Twitch pays their share to Blizzard, that’s the part some people are clearly getting while others don’t

No one cares. Your troll thread is what’s offensive, not Blizz selling pets.

And since you clearly lied and then showed your astounding levels of hypocrisy, you just once again outed yourself as the problem around here.

I don’t think I have either, so that works for me. :man_shrugging:

The collection of money for a charity from sales of Dottie ended years ago.

so does blizzard send an invoice to the charity for the amount they get from twitch? i don’t understand how the charity is losing out here. they already got their money, right?

I have Dottie. I bought her when she was a charity pet. But she hasn’t been for about 3 years, but was still available to buy on the store. This is all fake outrage.

I have the Pandaren Monk. I bought it when it was a charity event back in Wrath. It was on the shop twice. It was in the Trading Post once so far.

And hypocrisy beyond all rhyme and reason.

Yeah boi! One step closer to Magic Rooster bacawk

not sure why - the reason they are doing this is the same - people whined about not wanting to spend money apart from the subscription fees

You do realize Make-A-Wish isn’t explicitly for people who are 100% about to die right? They help out kids suffering from a variety of illnesses including Cancer but that does not in any way mean every kid helped by Make-A-Wish is terminal or even advanced stage

Also there are actually 3 copies of Tyler the Great Warrior. One is still to this day owned by the kid who designed it, the other 2 copies are held by Konami

So how was that making you sick? They raised the money for the charity that money didn’t suddenly disappear.

It did its job

I cant wait for the salt posts when, not if Blizz plops the rooster/spectral kitty on one of twitch/trading post/amazon prime.

Its been stated by Ion Spectral kitties are not going too appear in the Trading post or Twitter drop or Amazon drop…besides we might end up like China and go bye bye …as all the player base was handed the Spectral cat and boom there went the severs one and all…snicker…

Oh please. What a drama llama (pun intended).

I’ve been in thrift shops before and seen charity event stuff. There is nothing special or sacred about a promotional item being made available again YEARS after the fact.

In fact, I’d even be willing to bet that the vast majority of players aren’t even aware of the “specialness” of the item if they even see it in game. To them, it’s just a pet. It isn’t like there is a gigantic neon sign that follows you displaying that it is a charity item or anything.

The world didn’t end when other “exclusive” drops got reintroduced and it won’t with this one (or any future one) either.

You mean austentatious alpaca

I never really spent money on the WoW shop before, but with traders post and twitch drops, just seems like a really dumb thing to do now.

Anything on that store has the chance of being free at this point. Which is a good thing btw, I fully support this.

I support anyone not giving into micro transactions with real money. But alas even paying in gold meant somebody else spent twenty real life dollars.

If you feel like your money isn’t worth the exclusivity anymore, dont pay.

I mean i’m not gonna care.

and the phoenix mount was meant for one person but yall complained til you got it

Ill take em i guess +1 for pet +1 for mount
