I’m not pretending it hasn’t. But the attitude of the devs for the last 4-5 years is certainly doing more bad than good.

calling someone water that is frozen that falls down from the sky is enough to get you a long ban. i know cuz i’ve had friends who had week long bans for it. it’s not my opinion, it’s just what happens. you can’t just say whatever you want on the forums. i could say a million other things you’ve done wrong as well. and just so you know i don’t report most things i respond to.
How is WoW in a worse state than BfA when they literally fixed all the bad systems? I’ve laid out multiple examples in this thread alone, to which most of the people needlessly hating on WoW have not even responded to.
People complain just to complain, I swear.
most of the “arguments” against the posts you’ve made are “zomg you were carried. i pug i can’t be carried!!!1” as if they couldn’t get a guild as well as anyone else can. MMOs are like this. they incentivize group play.
Its amusing, but its very possible. Not because WoW is the greatest game on earth or Blizzard is the bestest company, but because Covid changed things so drastically you can almost be sure they picked up a lot of new players and subscribers at least temporarily.
They tied gameplay to rp. They made an almost entirely pointless endgame zone. They have put some of the worst time gating in I have seen in any game. That isn’t better than bfa.

And these are just your personal opinions and that’s fine but let’s be objective too, you can’t deny that they didn’t fix the issues people were whining about from BfA.

time gating isn’t bad. it keeps no lifers from going through 16 hour days almost killing themselves for rep because they lack self control.

You just said it’s the best it’s ever been. If you started in BFA you’re no expert on the game. If you started before then, and believe that, you’re nuts, or drunk. Btw all they did is add new bad systems…to get rid of old bad systems…

I didn’t start at BFA, I started in Vanilla and the current loot system reminds me of that which I really enjoy.

That’s… probably fair. I’m more of the mind that the dev’s opinion has always been anti consumer, so it doesn’t bother me. Blizzard and (now) Activision are companies. Worse than that they are gaming companies, and some of the worst out there for certain behaviors.
Trust me, I’m not a shill. It’s cost to enjoyment ratio. I enjoy the game more than $20 a month. It’s not without faults, by any strech.
However, OP getting on the forums and screeching like a colic-y toddler doesn’t, imo, do anything. Again, not defending Blizzard. They just have NO reason to come here looking for feedback.
The only way people get a company’s attention to to stop purchasing their product, and even then we’re talking big numbers. They don’t care about any one of our subscriptions. You’re going to need a percentage drop before they wake up and notice.

When the time gate is 2 weekly quests that’s reward is 10 minutes of story quests, yea…that’s bad.
