So I have been able to receive both pets, but neither mount. Should we just wait it out and hope it’s not just swept under the rug? Because support has been telling others that there’s nothing they can do about it.
Funny we just had a topic about this less then 10 minutes ago asking the same’ish thing.
Anyway besides that it’s under investigation there’s indeed, nothing that GM’s can do for anyone at the moment.
I don’t have the Feldrake either, but all other promos are coming through at the moment.

It’d be super helpful if they could have a master thread for the issues. Lock it of course so it only contains updates, but with that thread you linked being locked now it doesn’t do much good for those of us that are having the issue.
Received the mount, neither of the two pets that I claimed. 
There was some… Unfortunate spammer in there that made it locked. It would’ve otherwise been the “complain here/update thread”. It may be re-opened if the Centaur deems it sanitizable or if a seperate sticky for updates can be provided.

I thought I’d just let people know, my feldrake came through just now (within a min of making this comment) after 11 days of waiting.

It doesn’t have to have any of those specific markers to be inappropriate. Someone else thought the same when they had a similar play on another similarly inappropriate website edit they actually outright had the name of a similar site and they had come here raging in a similar argument that it wasn’t technically against the rules after they had been slapped with a sanction and forced name change. So there is a precedent. And that person did not come out on top of their argument nor their appeals.
It is your choice to try and see how far you get, but seeing how your post had been hidden - and I’m leaning with Ekon in that the name was probably the culprit over the content of said post - I don’t think that you’re going to fair any better than that other player did that I mentioned.

So after 12 days I finally got my Feldrake.
I also haven’t gotten the feldrake. Now they post up another set of Twitch drops. I’m watching, but doubt I’ll receive anything. They should get their act together and fix the problems with the last drops before throwing up a new one.
As crazy as it sounds last night when I claimed my pet an hour later my feldrake showed up that I claimed at launch. This morning I claimed the new mount and logged in and the new pet and mount where both there as well. Maybe getting a new claim done this weekend is helping reclaim missing drops ? No idea but also seeing some other people saying they got their feldrakes finally should give the rest some hope it’s not a lost idea.
