I am also having this problem. I watched maximums stream as soon as the drops went live on Tuesday Nov 15. Says claimed on twitch, connected on both twitch and bnet. reconnected about an hour ago and still nothing. its been 4 days and I’m starting to lose faith… :\ I’m hoping maybe it will come on reset tho

Linked my account. Watched the stream. 20 hrs worth. No Kite. its been 3 days…
So I have had the reward for over 3 days now. I tried unlinking and re-linking the same account since a different account triggers a 7day cooldown. Still no Kite. What do we do from there?
No kite, linked, claimed, waited 6 days, unlinked-relinked, nothing still
Still no kite. This is a joke.
From posts elsewhere, it looks like there’s a pet addon which is hiding the kite.
(people should be starting with the very basic trouble-shooting step of a UI reset before reporting stuff like this, but they never do… or they’ll do a /reload thinking it’s the same thing) 
Did you already own one previously?
If not, it’s in your collection…

What happens if we did all the trouble shooting and nothing happened? I made a ticket as well, but the wait time is like 2 and a half months. I’m just so tired of having to deal with their incompetence in this issue. The Fel Drake is going to be another clown fiesta I know it.
No, it’s around two weeks or so. The estimated time is just that, an estimate, based on the oldest ticket in queue (which, lately, have been tickets in a holding queue for dev fixes like missing accounts after transferring from one BNet to another, etc.). It is not a countdown.
You may, however, receive an automated response with links for self-help. In that case, you may reopen your ticket. In the case that you get the bug where you can’t reopen that specific ticket, open a new one and reference the previous ticket number.

Currently it’s at 31 days. Even so how inept do you have to be to mess up on Twitch drops? Every other game I’ve ever done them with has been instant. The second you redeem it you have it. I’m gonna keep being as annoying as I can until something happens since it’s all I can do with the radio silence we keep getting with these clowns.
That “something” will be the revocation of your posting privileges if you do.

weird, because even the redemption page on Twitch says it probably won’t be instant.
if you didn’t read the post which was explaining that your ticket won’t be a 31 day wait, then I get the feeling that the only “troubleshooting” you’ve done, is to constantly badmouth.
Let’s go step by step with the troubleshooting to try and rule out any issues which can be resolved now.
Which steps have you taken?

I’m linked. I’ve unlinked per what a GM told me here. I relinked and still nothing. I claimed it over 3 days ago.
I will continue to act as I am. It’s not my fault they can’t hold up to their end of the bargain here.

To what end? There isn’t a lot that our Support Staff can do here. If you have claimed the kite, but is hasn’t shown up in your in-game collection, please submit a bug report so our QA team can take a look.
While I understand the frustration, Ardeth, I can assure you that calling us names will not allow you to “continue to act as you are”.
