To what end? There isn’t a lot that our Support Staff can do here. If you have claimed the kite, but is hasn’t shown up in your in-game collection, please submit a bug report so our QA team can take a look. While I understand the frustration, Ardeth, I can assure you that calling us names will not allow you to “continue to act as you are”.
