I guess itā€™d be harder to prove.

I have 3x level 39 ā€œtwinksā€ā€¦well they used to be, itā€™s been some time since I geared them but thatā€™s beside the point. If I were to login to one of them right now and get in a BG, I would appear as a twink. My gear would be better than everyone elseā€™s, my gear would be enchanted, etc. I also have consumables on the toon, so add all of that together and what would you see if you were on my team or enemy team? Would that be enough evidence in your mind to label me an exploiting twink?

Yes, everything you read on Google is accurate and completely true.

Has anyone seen the movie ā€œMermaids: The Body Foundā€? I canā€™t wait to go to the beach and find a mermaid. Google told me itā€™s real.

I think the point is, are people actually using this? No one knows for sure. Word is, this was a thing in the past (wod and before) and was never hotfixed

My stoner friends in high school spent 3 hours trying to convince me mermaids were real because of some documentary they watched. God that was a terrible time.

I actually prefer being lectured about 9/11 than mermaids.

Look, Iā€™m sure there is an exploitable way to get in a BG. Iā€™m sure there are people that use it. Iā€™m sure there are MORE that donā€™t. I see no verifiable information in this thread that anyone actually used an exploit.

BUTā€¦letā€™s go back to the point I originally made that you cannot get past.

I want you to follow me very close now, okay Maulden? If you are leveling, that means your level increases as you play. As you increase in level, you go through different level brackets. Eventually you will be in a different bracket than any random pesky exploiting twink bad guy. Keep doing this and you will be in MAX LEVEL bracket with all the MAX LEVEL guys. See? That twink problem isnā€™t permanent at all!

Thatā€™s what I mean by temporary problem.

Fair question to ask, but itā€™s not really related to the exploit existing or not.

I doubt many are using it, feel like most wouldnā€™t want to risk characters theyā€™ve sunk loads of money/time into.

Iā€™ll be straight up. Iā€™d be using it if I hadnā€™t recently gotten hit by the exp potion debacle. It would feel nice to punish the complainers who got me removed from the general public.

Maybe this is why people donā€™t do well after leaving prisonā€¦

Forest is in a roaring blaze. Unless the EPA comes out and says ā€œthe forest is on fireā€ then itā€™s pure speculation and rumors. :man_shrugging:

I think people are pretending itā€™s not happening as it alleviates any personal accountability.
