Yes they do. In fact thats really the only reason you ever get “one shotted”. Berserking, Saltwater, Aimed shot. TWINKSSSSS

I have 4x the health and intellect as normal levelers in my bracket, but I still can’t one shot with 90% mastery chaos bolts unless I use a saltwater. I do use about 5-10 per game though.

It’s a sad misdirection troll response that goes beyond grasping. The ones thrown at you were beyond sad but I’ve seen ones even worse than that. Glad to see you saw the irony in it.
