when twinks were in ques it was easily easily gear>class>skill.
Now gear is out of the equation. And yup class balance is still an issue but itâs at least no longer amplified by someone stacking 10 gems in their gear.
I guess it matters which levels youâre referring. Low low levels is still gear over skill actually.
Lol low low levels are a joke. The only point of twinking out those brackets was to one shot newbies. You have no abilities and no way to show some skill.
Yep and by the higher levels it wasnât hard to have decent competitive gear to twinks. Some were OP but not as many as people post about on here. The problems were twinks premading.
In the few matches Iâve gotten Iâve found this to not really be the case.
Lol actual twinks weâre nowhere near competitive ten + gems over anyone else? No it was just as op as people said. Maybe not quite as frequent as people said but enough to ruin balance or fun when they were there.
Lol meh. Wasnât that common. What was more common was the one ridiculous twink that one shot people. Made the game pretty unfun.
Hence now skill>class>gear which is awesome. I would have preferred if they just disabled gems and enchancts but hey this works.
What level? Thatâs my main issue, I wouldnât really care about the separation if not for the extremely long queue times which most times do not result in a battle.
This was my only issue with twinks in low level PvP. Nothing against premades but at low levels, matching them to another premade is a lot less likely than at max level.

Leveling a void elf rogue from 20 np at all. 45 bgs almost.
Of course itâs not. Theyâll deny it to the end of time about it too.
We have one side that shows the results of their games and the other side that own keyboards w/o a prtscn button.

Twinks premade, because twinks on the other faction premadeâŚand want to play each other.
Twinks have existed since Classic, Exp in BGs hasnât. The only reason they added exp to bgs was to decrease the queue times, because so many people stopped bging at low levels.
Now Twinks, who have been around for over a decade, have to be put on a shelf because levelers, arenât able to kill twinksâŚitâs such a stupid thing to complain about, you got 7 other ways to get exp in the game, and most of them are faster than BGs, because BG Exp is only good if you win.
Twinking low level is enchanting heirlooms, u can now get epics while questing, and from rare spawnsâŚso easy to be a twink while leveling through a bracket, but most just wanna queue and wing it, or just arenât aware what enchants are good at low levels.
I just donât get why people wouldnât want to be OP while leveling through BGs, to further help their team win. I mean itâs more fun, and it helps your team, you contribute in a huge way. Instead u say nah, just gonna queue, and work with what I got, then get wrecked hard by someone who did, and then come to the forums and vent your frustration, thatâs not a solution, just stop being lazy, and you can put out crazy damage alsoâŚ
