Thereâs nothing in game that shows what the average player is, unless youâre trying to say you eyeball it.

XPOFF toon enters xp on bg (by whatever means they are pulling this off).
System detects static xp player.
Player is instantly removed from bg with a deserter buff ( how long to be determined).

Ok no, maybe the first 2 brackets Iâd believe it, but if you still have empty slots by the time your in the 100-109 bracket, then you are either just selling/DEing everything you are rewarded or just flat out not equipping anything.
Youâre a minority not average at this point.

No, twinking is a minority. Leveling is an average/majority.
Yes, to kill lower geared players YOU do seem to need to twink your characters. 
Even so, just going by who you see in-game, saying the average player doesnât have heirlooms is wrong.

OK, post evidence that contradicts my word then. Otherwise I Can continue to say the average player does not have those heirlooms.
