Trying to post on my main character

I just posted this on General Discussion. I’m having a similar issue.

What Has Happened Here?

I was auto logged out of my account, as it happens sometimes here on the forums. So I logged back in and now can only access my Classic characters to post. None of my retail characters are showing in my list, and I have tried several times to log out myself and log back in since that usually will fix anything going on and nothing. Does this have anything to do with them shutting down the forums for 2 hours on Monday, August 17th I wonder? If so, I hope they get this fixed and I can return to us…

Yes, very. I’ve looked through some of the other Customer Support threads here and there is at least one more thread about this issue.

A blue posted on the other thread, although I’ve tried doing what the blue suggested and I’m still stuck using this classic character, but maybe it will work for you? Good luck!!

Missing forum characters

Note: This is on the EU forums i have issues on not US, posting here as i cannot post on EU. So when i opened the forums today i noticed i had according to the forums no character at all on WoW, i have a active sub and several max lvl characters but not even lvl 20 are showing on the character list, only my battle tag. How can i resolve this? Kinda annoying.

(Taking this quote below from what the blue said to do)
