I honestly have no memory of that. I’ll assume you’re telling the truth though and just say a prediction is a little different to reporting on what’s actually happened. You might want to actually watch the video.
But I miss the symbol… plus… “FireFox” sounds like a Sonic DLC.
Mozilla is cringe.
Yea, I started to say something more on that, but I wanted to keep this thread a bit more positive.
For instance…
- Must not have received more than 5 spam or offensive flags (with unique posts and unique users for each, confirmed by a moderator)
If being flagged as a troll because you want to post something potentially controversial… like pet battles are bad for the game (just an example!), then you’re going to get a lot of hate from the people that enjoy that content.
So you face not posting some topics because you may get back lash. I know… this has happened to me. I have been suspended for it. While only temporarily, I was in no way trolling anyone. Trolling in general is really vague. I get it, but if people are being punished simply for bringing up topics that are still well within the rules of being okay, but someone doesn’t like it, that will just make the focus a lot more vanilla.
looking at the thumbnails…I am NOT watching those videos. ever.
im pretty sure you linked that last video before. but just keep digging.
that requirement is outdated. they removed that several years ago.
otherwise i would NEVER have tl3. in fact i dont think ANYONE WOULD.
I’m TL3, but then again I don’t see demeaning others as winning at arguments.
Too much of the forums is about people profile stalking to gatekeep troll “opinion doesn’t matter” type routine derail threads.
Really is a lost cause to argue on so many topics here, as it’s arguing with brick walls due to sunk cost fallacy or people with ulterior motives like rmt boosting.
Less memory use you say? Even with a ton of tabs open and kitten streams up? See that would be useful.
I mean, it’s an objective fact that Mozilla is about to lose 80% of it’s income. I imagine that won’t help matters. But hey, if they can survive the loss of income, great! Like I said, I use FF so I would prefer them to survive.
there hasnt been a single mainstream or credible source on this yet you keep repeating it. stop. the only issue mozilla has is it uses quite a bit of memory.
It’s open source so it’s not like it magically goes closed source.
It just means firefox will be worked on less, which it’s already suffering from.
The real issue is if it won’t get timely security updates because of this.
I did a suggestion on making adjustments to trust levels but it got nowhere.
probably because the discourse devs arent interested in changing their product because it would lower metrics.
I am a full time streamer, and lurk on friends while I keep other tabs open for viewer engagement. I’ve had almost 18 tabs up at one time all streaming, or playing spotify, Discord, etc, and my RAM was still barely 26% including OBS, and the other 9 programs and video game I run at the same time. Chrome is a boat anchor compared to this customizable queen.
Settings are up to Blizzard staff. We don’t need Discourse to do a lot of stuff that can be set locally.
I used Opera way back in the day…before Firefox. Not sure I will download this, but I am certainly going to check it out.
How friendly is the ad blocker and is ublock origin available for it? How does it play with Malwarebytes?
post count for tl3 is set by discourse yes?
I tell everyone, hit the website, and just click the YouTube vid to see it first.
For trust level thresholds, such as how many posts read per 100 days, Blizzard can adjust that in local settings. They do have reduced post read numbers on lower traffic forums like Diablo 3.
For displaying where we are with Trust Level progress metrics, that would be Discourse providing those features.

It is a little heart up top, and there are still “extensions” available for it if you want something different. But I got rid of all my extensions cause this has it all built in, which is another memory saver.
