Not necessarily. Moderators remove posts all the time without penalizing the account. The penalty is an automatic ding against Trust level 3 for 6 months. It takes several agreed with reports for that to happen.
I’m sorry you feel that way. We’ve been trying to do what we can to do just the opposite for years now. Honestly, if I removed all the aggression that I see every day a lot of folks would no longer be able to post, including many folks who are making the same claim. Glass houses and all that.
I’ll see what I can find out when I get back into the office (I’m off for a week, so it won’t be until then - but the person I need to ask is out of the office too so that works out I guess).
In the meantime, you should have trust 3 for now.
