Transfer Button- gone?

After today’s down time, the transfer button used to transfer residual memories to one character in my warband has disappeared.

This button was so helpful to gather it all in one toon because I am working on getting the gryphon mount. Now I cannot move any residual memories? Will this be fixed?

Actually, it was disabled last night. Blizzard is working on an issue with currency transfers.
