Itâs advertised with 2 posts on the bnet launcher but you canât even use itâŚ

Reporting my specific issue on the blue thread as well.
Did initial purchase of everything okay.
Began to build Traderâs Tender - got to 200. Then it reset.
Built it again and got it to the top amount (but the ones I had completed I couldnât do again).
Went to loot the chest. Got 200TT and no mount.
I canât open my chest either nor do I have the trading post 1000 points reward mount. Iâve tried logging out and back in, went on my alts and nothing. So disappointed.
Same here, didnât get the full tenders, and also no mount :c

Playing casually, received the Dragonflight and Monthly Tender without an issue and made a number of purchases of transmog items using that initial Tender. Main character completed the first goal (100 Tender reward) the first night, and a leveling alt completed several tasks on Saturday, earning the next three goals on the bar. While passing through Orgrimmar, I went ahead and poked the chest early to claim rewards unlocked at that time, and received only 100 of the 400 expected Tender.
Finished additional tasks today, and was not able to interact with the chest again (thus could not claim the newly-earned 100 Tender nor the mount).
Also, despite several single target and mass resurrections in both Vault and normal Dragonflight dungeons, my Travelerâs Log still shows 0/10 for âPlayers resurrectedâ
Yep. Still unable to get any tender currency or the mount. Box doesnât work at all.
Thank you to everyone at Blizz working to fix it, but it sucks someone decided to push through something that was obviously not ready. It feels like this is becoming a theme.

I was really curious so I logged in last night⌠I know, i have problems.
Definitely still bugged. I was able to open the box and complete quest but missing 500 tender, said I received it. SMH. I thought it was fixed, was there any update from todayâs maintenance?
This has been a shat show. For real. Current team and company is just incompetent now. All they care about is that money. There is no passion behind their work anymore.

Iâve gotten cute achieve bubbles - and checkboxes - for various things done, and no coinage showed up.

I login with a character after patch-morning, and sent nice shadowpriest over to the cute chest. it is glowing, hooray, âgreat vault for casualsâ it is ON

I have discovered what I think is an intentional gate but may be effecting the mount acquisition. On My main Ameliadei Lvl 70 Warrior she has completed the additional Wakingshore quest Line. Has achieved Dragonflight Loremaster. She has 850 travelerâs coins (my account shows I have 25, different problem). On all my alts who havenât done the additional storyline of the Waking shores they have 650.
If I was to use an alt to try to claim anything that I could buy I would only have 650 coins for shopping despite having done the activity to have earned the 200 coins they would not be there.
New chest issue for me: Coin progress bar shows 900 collected on both my main and my alt. Send my alt level 60 Death Knight to Org to collect chest. She collects 400. Have her talk to vendor pouch there says 225. Log into my main level 70 Warior- her bar says 900. Chest not glowing nothing to pick up. Have her talk to vendor her pouch there says 225.
Still broken⌠sigh Itâs been over a week now. Just saying.

FINALLY GOT MY TENDER TONIGHT!
I had a response to a ticket about not being able to loot the chest at all. Followed their suggestion.
Went to Org on the character I intitially did the quest on. Logged out of game and then TOTALLY OUT OF BATTLENET. Waited 1/2 Hour Logged back on Battlenet, and then in game. Looted the box, got all my tender and my mount, and was finally able to buy items.
I had seen it suggested before but this CS rep detailed it as not log out ( which many like mey may have assumed was the game ) but Log out of BATTLENET.
As an update, at a random point one day after this post the chest was highlighted and the correct rewards were inside. I did not open any ticket whatsoever.
it shows the tender when i open the chest but when i look in my currency itâs not there havenât collected anything for more than a week been broke since the second day of launch, is it gonna get fixed anytime soon
