Hey, I don’t know if this happened to someone else, but yesterday I bought both the 500 and 250 trader’s tenders from the Plunderstorm event (in the Plunderstore) but when I went to the cache in Dornogal to collect it, it just gave me 500.
GM’s in game told me that they can’t see the transaction
I’ve been having this same issue! I thought I was the only one!
Maybe its just the game only recognizing only one of the two, my only difference was that i got the 250 and then I claimed it from the box, then I later bought the 500 and they told me that it must have redeemed last plunderstorm which shouldnt be possible because I didnt play last time, my achievements prove it. 
man the same thing happened to me, Ive made 2 bug reports and the game masters cant help me becuase theres no transaction but it shows I bought it… I hope they can fix this soon, Ima be so sad if the fix comes out after the steampunk items.
I still don’t have any replies from the GMs or the bug report system either
This happened to me as well, I made two posts about it:
Ticket team said they couldn’t help me, to submit a bug report (and I suppose just hope for the best).
