I have a problem with a purchase in the Plunderstorm Plunderstore. I purchased the ‘Plundered Chest of 500 Trader’s Tender’ and then immediately also purchased the ‘Plundered Bag of 250 Trader’s Tender’. I only received the 500 trader’s tender, and have not received the 250 trader’s tender. The store marks both as already owned, so I cannot purchase the 250 trader’s tender again. Customer support says they cannot help with Plunderstorm or Plunderstore issues. I submitted an in-game bug report as they recommended. I’m also posting this here so anybody reading this can avoid this bug themselves.

I havent purchased any of them but it shows up as already owned

Other players have told me this happens if they bought it the last time Plunderstorm happened. I wasn’t playing WoW at the time, so I cannot personally confirm that. But it might explain your case, maybe? I dunno.

Do a full relog, then check the tender treasure chest at the trading post in retail, that’s where I found mine.
If that doesn’t work, and you’re certain you got shorted, you might consider opening a ticket.
Thought I’d bump this post because I had a similar experience and I’m frustrated. I had hardly played the original Plunderstorm, so I was able to purchase both the 250 and 500 Tender slots in the Plunderstore; however, when I logged into a character to claim them, I only got the 250 and not the 500. I tried relogging a few times, checking the tender chest on different characters + different factions, and checking the Plunderstore again (it’s greyed out because I already purchased it).
I submitted a ticket and the GMs are being wholely unhelpful and won’t give me the missing tender. 500 Trader Tender is a SIGNIFICANT amount to just have disappear into thin air. I’m frustrated and disappointed.
Bumping this, just happened to me and because of it I’m going to be missing an outfit from the trading post this month.
