I mean my guild is on him as a 2 day 6 hr a week guild, and I feel like we’ll down him in a couple more weeks. Pushed him down to 52% on our third day of prog, and I feel like more nerfs are incoming TBH.

To be fair shamans do need significant across the board nerfs.

Your guild was screwed not by those things but by poor leadership. Poor roster management and forcing people out, splitting attention and wanting to be a Raid Lead/Officer in a second guild while yours struggled, treating your raiders like crap and forcing them to talk in raid or say something when they had nothing to contribute, micromanaging people’s streams and what they could or could not say/do while in THEIR OWN streams. Sometimes you have to look in the mirror and accept your own faults vs passing the buck to others. I know several of your former guild members and raiders who would attest to this.

To me, this is a reason to separate the content releases and the seasons. Where the season bumps the ilvl
This sounds more like you weren’t a good teammate and you have some personal issues with a person. It also sounds like you were likely bashing them on your stream and got caught solidifying the fact that you were a poor team member. I think you should take your advice on looking in the mirror for yourself. Nobody is perfect. Leadership styles don’t mesh for every single person and that doesn’t make the person a bad leader, it just means you won’t fit into the team.

They’d have to push Dragonflight back to February if they did that. Which, I’d honestly be fine with. DF needs a lot of work.

Why are you coming in here hot? This is an unacceptable thing to do. First off i never remember you being in our guild. Not one single time so I dont know where you are getting your info from… Secondly This post is about facts and you have come in here with your toxic word vomit spewing it all over the place. There are a ton of us that have no issue with how our GM runs the guild. And sure things could always be improved but to come in specifically to attack someone shows how little you are. This post isnt just made for our guild but for every one that doesnt want to look at the info presented and say " well we might as well quit raiding this tier…". I dont see any other person in here acting the way you are. I also see that you havent even attempted CE , So why the hell are you here? This subject doesnt even REMOTELY pertain to you. My best guess is that you are either some cry baby alt of someone who couldnt cut it, or connected to someone who was in the guild… either way your post is laughable. I have had tons of GMS i didnt agree with, but you know what i didnt do? Flame them in forums like a child… NOT ONLY THAT, this isnt like you had a bad experience and you posted it in forums… you SEARCHED for a post from our GM so that you could off topic attack them. I hope this isnt one of my friends cause id be embarrassed for you. And if you were my friend, I WOULD be embarrassed cause you are acting like a 12 yr old fornite player screaming at their mom on stream for having to take out the trash. NO 6 hour guild has killed Mythic Jailer… LESS THAN 400 guilds have CE… Blizzard even posted they were nerfing mechanics into the ground because the amount of CE guilds is embarrassingly low… Facts that cant be disputed… BUT BUT BUT you think it has nothing to do with facts… nothing to do with CE count, Nothing to do with even Blizzard agreeing and posting about it… but instead the way our GM ran the guild? Kick rocks kid, for real…

Remember when many of us thought S4 was because DF wasn’t going to release until next year?
This all seems so odd, timing wise.
Going to get 3 or 4 rotations per raid with whatever affix nonsense in S4 depending on when DF launches? Very experimental indeed.
With an end of year release being rushed out the door S4 doesn’t really make sense anymore. I guess it really is just a big FOMO cash grab. I’ll be interested to see how this shapes the future of WoW.

Sorry, but you’ve had plenty of time in S3 to progress. It’s not Blizzard’s fault that you couldn’t accomplish it in the time that you had. That’s on you and your guild.
So step up and push hard in the month that you have remaining (which is 4 resets) or throw in the towel, but expecting S4 to be pushed back so that it only runs for a month or two, max, before the pre-patch for Dragonflight drops is unreasonable.

Welcome to the wow fandom. If nothing happens its boring, blizz needs to put something out to hold us over, enough with the content droughts. If something comes out its wow blizz forcing us to play the game in super speed just to get things accomplished how can they get away with being literal FOMO abusers like this.

Just looked at wow prog and found 8 guilds that raid 6 hours a week with CE. I’m not gunna disagree with anything else you said but when your point has a blatant lie in it discredits everything else.
okay but people are even more desperate to get out of SL than they were BFA because this expansion was rushed out the door and never had a chance to recover.

My point didn’t have a blatant lie, I went through every single one of the top guilds that had M Jailer killed on WoWprogress which has a “1-2 days a week” option when looking at guilds and found that only three of them had killed Mythic Jailer and none of them on US servers.
I don’t know where these other 3 guilds are that you’re saying got it-- maybe in the last 30ish hours since this topic began, but it is not a lie to say that not a single 2-day 6-hour guild has killed it IN THE US when literally over a thousand had killed it by this point (“this point” being when they announced 9.2) in SOD.
