Except that this isn’t limited to you. If you actually read what I was posting, the point I’m making is that every minority who’s tried to do this has received that sort of treatment. And normalizing that sort of response is the problem.
How does this make it “Ok”. Literally, the reason this continues, is because people don’t stand up to and say “No, that’s not ok.” By saying “that’s how it is”, you’re highlighting that that type of behavior is appropriate.
Actually I was responding to the claim that straight people don’t do the same thing. But sure, feel free to defend the white supremacists running it.

The nerve of some people… Claiming to be inclusive and supportive, but then calling others bigots and white supremacists… That stuff boils my blood.
You know what that kind of behavior does? It inhibits, if not destroys actual inclusion and any hope of further progress in diversity and true inclusiveness. As long as people like this keep running rough shod over others, labeling them in such a destructive way, we won’t get any further

I’m going to revert back again to… people who don’t understand the opposing point of view just aren’t going to see eye to eye as these many threads have proven. Nobody is going to change anyone’s mind on here.
If people want to create communities of people to play with, it is well within their rights… as long as they don’t infringe on other people who don’t want to be part of those communities. It’s as simple as that, folks. Let people play how they want to play. You play how you want to play.

EXACTLY! But people like Eloraell are so determined to wield the LGBT cause like a club, even though we hate that sort of thing. All it does is alienate us from people, it is the anti-thesis of inclusion.

Actually the Super Happy Fun Parade can have all the fun they want. While some of their supporters have some questionable positions, the actual positions the Boston parade has are inclusive of pretty much everyone as long as those people are inclusive too.
I don’t much care for their Grand Marshall, but that’s because he’s a blatant troll, regardless of his political or sexual orientations.
