You’ve done this more than most people in this thread.
Probably making a run for green text.
a great many times. Accusing everyone else of doing what theyre literally doing themselves
A person does not get put in jail because they do not adhere to a majority’s norm. They go to jail for breaking the law.
I notice this as well, people who cause problems and try to chastise others for it.
To be fair, that means nothing anymore. Once they gave it to a known forum troll, it lost any relevance, significance, luster it ever had.
Haha right (pun intended). Now we have trolling hall monitors.
All I’m saying is that penalty is absurd especially due to being tied to a monthly sub.
Keep in mind that the other 4 people in that group also pay a monthly sub which is why Blizzard gives them the tools to remove a player they don’t wish to be with.
I am all for reducing the penalty to the average dungeon length (15 mins or so), but not for removing it. People (esp tanks and healers with instant queues) would go back to trying to get kicked instead of leaving to avoid a penalty. Those were the ones who got the kick penalty put in to begin with.

If you’re in favor of a 15-minute timeout, then why not remove the debuff and just let the automatic 15-minute queue CD that everyone gets stay there? What purpose does the extra debuff serve in your view?
I my self kick people
In a 3-4 hr span i most likely kick around 30-40 people so op isn’t lieing the probably just don’t meet standards
Its honest to god rude to suck at wow
They made a youtube video about it
Also its something about retail that just gives me no patience with it
Classic on the other hand i can deal with people like this.

That would be impossible unless they brought back the Community MVP program, which has not had new members since 2018. The CS/TS MVP program is still active but that is also not looking for new members right now.
I honestly don’t think Thallia/Sendryn would take it if offered. Having green means people make all sorts of assumptions. Usually falsely.
Now we have trolling hall monitors.
well, like bogus kicks, when bad behavior is rewarded, posts being deleted that dont break any rules, but simply because the ‘vote kick’ crowd flag bombs posts, yeah…its pretty much mob rules here as well
Usually falsely
Isn’t it true that green posters get a free subscription and a stock option in Blizzard?
That would be impossible unless they brought back the Community MVP program, which has not had new members since 2018.
As, so as stagnant and useful as the community council then?
Both should be done away with.

We had a poster in here a while back who pretty much said the same thing…that he’d kick other players quite a bit. Though I think for him it was just a game he played seeing if others would click YES even though the player hadnt done anything wrong.
If nothing else I can at least appreciate honesty even if I think the behavior is “toxic”
If the concern is people just mindlessly pressing the “Yes” option to kick someone when it’s initiated, make it a thing the player has to click and hold for 2-3s to confirm the choice they’re making to remove the player from the group.
Forcing players to stop and think for 2-3s on a kick that could result in a 30m (possibly underserved) cooldown timer being applied is fair imo.

i know your uneducated but what do you think laws are and how are laws made? the majority makes laws you numbskull. and those laws are based on the majoritys values. if you refuse to adhere to the law, aka majorities values, you get sent to jail.
people like you are so exhausting to deal with
Accusing everyone else of doing what theyre literally doing themselves
I have never once claimed anything close to what you keep gaslighting others about. But as usual, you’ve got the harassment troupe out that you always agree with.
Keep in mind that the other 4 people in that group also pay a monthly sub which is why Blizzard gives them the tools to remove a player they don’t wish to be with.
And I shouldn’t have to be forced to run with toxic people or those that are a detriment to the group. Fuzz mentioned earlier how they couldn’t kick a toxic person because that person was on cooldown for getting too many kicks. Which I’ve also seen a couple of times. It’s concerning.
I honestly don’t think Thallia/Sendryn would take it if offered.
Oh… I’ve got more people harassing me? Lovely.

Welcome to how I’ve always been treated by a select group here. lol
If we’re confessing…I did it too in the past.
“.” and “zzz” were two of the times I tried it for the lulz, and it worked. Younger and dumber at the time…
I’m still waiting to see a real relevance for the Community Council. I think it’s too early to tell. But yes, the MVP program should have been destroyed years ago. They’re not useful and all the shady things I’ve witnessed in their regard only solidify that.
It gives the wrong impression to new people coming around too, projecting the illusion that what they say is correct, or more important, when it isn’t.
I rarely see people get kicked and I’ve been leveling loads of alts and twinks. Recently I’ve kicked two players from the group, both whom refused to play with the rest of the group and were AFK at a boss nobody else was at because they said the rest of the group was “wasting time” killing side bosses. Even then, sometimes I don’t bother to kick since clearing stuff is very easy, and they really have to combine AFK w/ being a dick.
I feel like the people who are regularly kicked are doing something to be targeted so much and they are the common denominator in their own stories so I feel no sympathy. Getting randomly kicked on rare occasions happens, I’m sure, but that’s not a reason to change the system. The system works.
