As unfair as it feels, Blizzard has stated at anytime, any player can be kicked for any reason. Even for those you’ve stated.
Until Blizzard recognizes it’s an abuse of the system, there won’t be any changes. But as it stands, they don’t.

When you get kicked you better not complain.
We ALL know what the contract says. Even if we’re trying to side step it to justify mistreatment of other players. Which is how these threads go pretty much every time.

He can’t. It doesn’t exist. But a support article does exist that says people can kick for any reason, along with blue posts.
But the panda gang in here will jump on anyone that brings facts into things.
That doesn’t mean much for the people who feel the need to bully everyone that tries to point this out.

Think about the ecosystem of a random queue group.
If you don’t want the results of the agency to be governed by the player, who should it be arbitrated by?
Blizzard, who can barely find the time to look at individual reports? You want them to be responsible for a catch-all net that determines who you are to associate with, and guide your gameplay experience in a randomly selected group?

yeah, that sounds about right. I havent dealt with that one personally when healing, but Ive seen it when Im DPSing dungeons a number of times.
Tank overpulls, blames a hunter pet for the whole thing lol…then hates on the healer for not keeping him alive.

No, we’re aware of Blizzard’s stance. Lio is constantly spamming these threads with their replies pretending that Blizzard’s own social contract is against kicks. It’s not. Blizzard made the system and it works how they want it to.
