It seems apparent you think the vote to kick is a punishment tool to be used against people who you think do something wrong?

This title is completely fake with made up stats. Out of all of the runs I’ve ever seen personally, the vote kick is basically never used. When it is used, its always due to someone being very rude or straight up going AFK for multiple bosses.
Either way, vote kick is integral to PUG instance queues since it allows groups to remove people at will for the betterment of the group. It shouldn’t matter what the reason is. People who keep saying it’s a bad system and that they always get kicked are most likely the toxic people who deserve the kicks in the first place.
When it comes to low skill or new players, I’ve always seen overwhelming support and assistance from players. They often give them pointers and look out for them, as well as drag them into even more groups.

Depends on what the reason is for someone to be kicked.
I have said yes to kicks, I have said to no to kicks.
The ones I have said yes on are the ones that are being a douchebag in content that is not even that serious or just being an active detriment to the group which most of the time it works.
The ones I have said no on are either just trying to remove someone for the lols, some weird arbitrary dps number that they are not meeting (again, queued dungeon content such as Normals/TW/Heroics are the not that serious) or some other weird reason.
Though the change I would agree on is lowering the deserter to 15 minutes instead of 30 but I’m against removing Vote to Kick, I get it troll kicks do happen but I dont think it shouldn’t be removed because of those few people abusing it, there are reasons to rightfully remove someone from the group because they are either being toxic or just screwing over the group somehow.
If a guy were to run dungeons 1000 times and he has gotten kicked a few times or not at all then he isn’t really causing problems where it would be justifiable for that person to be removed.
If that “poor” guy were to run the same amount but he is being removed by alot more then the guy above then I start noticing a problem and its not just people abusing Vote to Kick… its that the “poor” guy is causing problems and the other 4 people do not want put up with it, either being a toxic douchebag or just screwing over the group repeatedly.
Considering you need to have TWW and have completed some quest lines to unlock earthen, I dont think it isn’t a new player.
A new player will understand the difference between a grey/white to a green, Greys/whites do not have stats where as greens and above have stats that help you output healing more and survive more, This player has played the game already to understand this.
