Hey all, I’m back with a Friday update! We have 2 sets of players we discovered an issue with the heal-up process for:
- We have an additional round of Corrupted Memento fixes for players on connected realms that will be happening with the next series of Rolling Restarts. There was an issue with the original resolution which didn’t properly apply for those characters, and will be part of an update that will go into effect with Rolling Restarts. Players in the Europe, Taiwan, Korea, and China regions have received this already via their most recent Rolling Restarts.
- We also identified that players who performed multiple character services on the same character (for example, transferring twice during the window where the bug was active) are not able to be auto-magically healed up entirely via database. These are being manually reviewed and adjusted. In this case characters received the value from your most recent Character Service via the scripted heal-up, leaving a remaining balance of the original service to be rectified. No ticket is required, we have the list of impacted characters and will be manually healing-up those impacted. This heal-up will occur over the next week while we get logistics and execution underway. We’ll provide an update once this step has been completed.
We continue to investigate and work with our Dev and CS teams to tackle this one. If you are part of the impacted groups above yet to be completely healed up, once the next round of heal-up goes through you will receive the additional Corrupted Mementos to further your Titan Research Archive progress. You can spend the Corrupted Mementos you have already received and continue to progress through Horrific Visions as well.

It happened. I knew it would. I forgot that the chest from the minor assault gave 5500 corrupted visions and I had 23,000 already. RIP waiting for my momentos to be refunded before running visions.
you are probably better off going in a vision and trying to get as many mementos as possible than capping. Coalescing visions are easy to come by and you will make up many of the 10,000 by tuesday.
Also I’m not on a connected realm and never got my mementos. Nor did I transfer twice.
Yep, sounds like my case (1x transfer and 1x faction change). Excited for next week 
Monday Funday update: The manual heal-ups that CS was assisting with (#2 on my previous post) have all been applied. HOWEVER we still have the much bigger round of heal-up that will be effective following tomorrow’s Rolling Restarts. Someone from our team here will check in once the realms are back up as soon as we’re able to see how things are going.
Without doing a full deep-dive you should receive the heal-up tomorrow. I’m not 100% sure about the specifics, but Turalyon is using the same technologies as some of our Connected Realms which caused the issue. I checked your character data and it represents the same bug the heal-up script tomorrow should address. Check back in with us after the restarts, I’m curious to hear how it goes.
Edit: as a note, if you performed a combined Character Transfer/Faction Change bundle you aren’t part of the second group (this was more for people who performed multiple Character Transfers during the active bug window), but if you’ve posted in here I’ve already checked the character you’ve posted from and verified that it shows the same connected realms technology on our side (even if you aren’t on a connected realm, it’s the way the realm is hosted). Please check in with us post-restarts as well.

I haven’t gotten mine yet. On area 52, transferred from Stormreaver. Specifically on my druid, Vizzlecrux.
It looks like your druid did receive their fix after logging in yesterday. Our logs show that you received 6,000 Corrupted Mementos after logging in.
It looks like you ran Ny’alotha a few minutes after that - if that helps you recall the time frame.

Hey thanks for all the updates - I honestly don’t think I’ve gotten mine yet. I believe I should have another 1500-1800 more than I have right now. If you debunk that, and I just never noticed, then great - but are you able to look?
I don’t recall getting a notice or anything but one day I noticed I have a couple/few thousand more coins. I’m pretty sure I was given more than I’d lost, even.
It looks like your character received 1500 after the first wave of fixes went out on the 4th.
