Titanforging makes difficult content feel POINTLESS

Subs been falling since end of WotLK! Proof provided…

I wish,it were so for me,but it’s like one every 7-10 runs and 0 on the first try.Raids oh the worst.Try a normal for gear at correct once before and 0. Try it again pass the mark of gear then one drop. Not even worth it.

That maybe,i did try it correctly and the rate for me is still the same.

Right?

Imagine going to work every day thinking “boy, I hope I get lucky and they pay me this time!”

I feel your pain. I’ve done several bosses and got nothing but an augment stone. But the chance of loot has always existed in wow. That’s what makes us keep going back for another try.

BFA broke a record for day 1 sales. Where did everyone go?

It’s just discouraging to me every time in the last two expanses.Maybe I’ll get over it but as of now the game pace is faster than it use to be.

I don’t know who is missing all my friends are still here. You are here.

I feel discouraged as well. The game pace feels faster because of LFR, LFG, group finder, flying mounts, and portals.

This is true, but the fact that you have the possibility to get the best items from the game from trivial content no how small the chance is ridiculous.

It doesn’t feel good no matter how you spin it to get a better item from a warfront that you AFK’ed in than, than from a mythic boss kill that you spent hours wiping on, preparing for and organizing.

lol that’s not how that works.

You prove a causation exists. You can’t prove it doesn’t exist.

Game must be doing great then! Oh wait it’s a dumpster fire and everything rates BFA 3 or 4 out of 10 when even WoD was 6 out of 10

Only Blizzard knows how things are going. Last I heard they aren’t saying. They did have record profits recently…

Why are you still here if its so bad?

There is no mmo that is better. Like BC was 10/10, BFA is 3/10 but every other mmo is 2/10 or worse. Sorry for wanting the game to get better I guess?

You don’t have to apologize about wanting a better game.

Not a big deal I guess. My guild and a lot of others are gonna die when Classic releases. I hope Blizz learns something from the success of an MMO with a proper rewards and progression system.

Ah, the ole “it’s just a video game, who cares!” approach. An oldie but goodie! It’s only slightly ironic that you’re throwing out that argument while simultaneously contributing to said pixels.

That would be the point of the deterministic system. It’d essentially be TF but deterministic. I’ve said it a lot, I don’t care who gets what I just care how we get it. Classic even has a better reward system for casuals along with raiders through professions and other systems, what we have now is entirely RNG. You log on and pray for an upgrade as opposed to logging in and knowing exactly when you’ll get it because you farmed for it.

In this case it’d be similar to what we had in MoP for the upgrade system (farm currency>upgrade whatever gear piece you choose) just adjusted for the ilvls we have now with tf and all that. With this system you no longer have to hope for an upgrade because it’ll be guaranteed and you also decide what piece gets upgraded first rather than the game deciding for you.

I’m waiting for you to use

“think of the children!”

or 'do you want to live in a world like that?!"

It’s absolutely not. People act like there are players running around BiS from WQ. I had a single ring TF 30 ilvls at the start of BfA (325 to 355). It was the highest TF I had ever seen personally and the stats were mediocre. And you’re never going to get trinkets.

I have no idea what the real percentage chance is for a 30 ilvl TF, but I’m certain it’s far less than 1%.

If this is how you feel I think you are doing the wrong content.

If you aren’t doing heroic or mythic to down the bosses you are doing it wrong.

And lets be honest here, you only get the loot from a raid boss if you get lucky. Even with masterlooter you could still get lucky/unlucky with drops and thats a oneshot for the week.
