I stopped running tws bc of it, except 4 to get turbulent timeways. It’s really incomprehensible that they haven’t fixed this yet.

I am also having this issue - at the VERY least on my druid that I boosted back in legion. this has been going on since the anniversary. Druid is the only one I’ve run timewalking on during Turbulent Timeways, but I remember during the anniversary I didn’t get hte weekly item drop either, on ANY of my characters. None of the rest are boosted. The item is no where to be seen in bags, banks, or questlogs.
As others have already said: new week, and yet again no quest item drop. For me that means only on my boosted characters.
I have a level 10 Nightborne - that was not boosted and am doing the classic dungeon TW’s and I am not receiving the 500 quest item. Bugged?
Yes, I am experiencing this issue on my Mage. It has been this way since the Anniversary event at the very least. I do report this as a bug once per week but still no fixes.
You do need to be level 30 to receive the item.

I ran I think 24 characters today for Classic TW dungeons. 22/24 received the quest item. The two characters that didn’t get the quest item were boosted characters to level 70. I put in a ticket but doubt I’ll get a useful response. I tried running a second TW dungeon on one of the characters that didn’t receive the item and still did not get the item. Pretty frustrating but at least I know for my experience it affects only two of characters. I’ll just not play them until they decide to fix this bug/situation.

My main toon, which I’ve been playing since Vanilla in 2004, stopped receiving this weekly TW drop during the Anniversary event. So, this isn’t just an effect of “boosted” toons like I see some have mentioned.
I only have a few alts and I checked all of their bags, bank, mailboxes just to see if like one of my kids jumped on my account and run a dungeon and left a token in their bag or something… nope, not the case.
Also, that shouldn’t even matter. In the past I’ve gotten TW weekly token that I forgot to turn in and so it would literally sit in my bank for many months and I would still get the end of dungeon quest item for all the other expansion weekly TW events as they were different items, and then when it finally circled back to that specific expansion I forgot to turn in for months later I could use the item and turn in again without even needing to run the dungeon since it was in my bag. It never prevent my toon from looting various other expansion weeklies or any of my alts.
I literally am not getting the drop at all.
I still havent got a quest drop in months, including this week. Main, not boosted.
A slight update – I cannot get this item to drop on my main at all. This is a main I’ve had since 2004. No, I do not have any end of dungeon quest items in my bags, mailbox or anywhere. However, if I run the timewalking dungeon on an alt, I can get the 500 badge quest item to drop. For some reason, on my main, I cannot get this to drop.
It stopped dropping once the 20 year anniversary event started and had never been a problem previously.
I have checked my bank on multiple characters and run timewalking dungeons each week and I have yet to receive any “Timewarped” item for the 500 token turn in at all for the entire event.
I have not received a timewarped quest item in months. I’d have enough to buy an extra mount by now.

Also not receiving any timewalking quest items on any of my toons. 3 weeks so far for me. I tried and put in a ticket and was told there was nothing they could do as they arent the developer. This games support is 100% dead and useless. This timewalking bug is just one of about 15 ive experienced in the past 6 months. I waited 6 months for them to fix the beginning to legion bug where the boat wouldn’t show up. My action bars have to be reset everytime i log in or switch characters going on 5 months now. Now ive lost out of thousands of timewalking tokens and mog mounts etc because of this bug. My year sub is done in Mar and im gone. Quit for 4 years came back at the end of Dragonflight. Not coming back this time. They have destroyed the game. Id also like to add that ive done these quests in the past on my main alts boosted and non boosted. People saying its only boosted characters are full of it!!!

To clarify, it’s not that it’s only boosted characters affected, it’s only boosted characters for some players. It’s a clear pattern. I am an extreme example: I run 60 characters every week spread out through the week, and out of those 60, it’s only my two boosties impacted.
There has to be some connecting thread between these two situations (boosted vs unboosted). Why is it only boosteds for some players (like me) and not others? I have a tentative hypothesis it might be some catch up mechanic that affects all boosted characters but only some normal characters, like that whole “return to the capital and get current gear” thing for returners. But I have no idea.
I would love to hear from Blizzard on this. This is clearly affecting a lot of people.

3,200 TW badges over 4 weeks that I should have received - missed …/sigh
3rd week in a row for me and still not dropping on select toons. I wonder when they will acknowledge this issue…
The people handling in-game tickets are acknowledging the bug, kind of. I opened a ticket to see what they would say. They told me I probably already did the quest or it was in my bag or bank.
I mentioned the multiple posts on Reddit and here after the generic response they gave me. The GM linked a post from here about people not receiving the item but basically said it might be a new problem and not something they would consider a bug yet and suggested submitting a bug report after I ran a dungeon and didn’t receive the TW quest item despite many of you not receiving the item for months.
It feels like two different companies are working on this game and not communicating. If a Blizzard GM can find a recent post on the WoW forums talking about the bug happening why can’t someone acknowledge the issue openly to players?
It’s a BUG, it happens to Everyone no matter their status. Nerf the TW Badges per characters first run THEN make it basically impossible to get more that 500 per week. Points at head. nice Blizzard, fix your game please or lose more money.
