They are owned by a company worth trillion of dollars, I think they’re okay. Also, their cosmetics are making millions. I do wish they would hire quality control workers with all the money they’re making, though.
As for badges, the bug sucks a lot but unless it’s happening on every one of your characters or you have no alts you should be able to get 500 badges a week. I got nearly 3500 this week but I also have too much time on my hands(no level 11 spam running, just a bunch of alts running a single TW dungeon).
For the last 2 weeks, I have run TW on a total of 30+ chrs.
All got the crystal EXCEPT for the two Hunters I have.
All the other chrs are a mix of other classes, at least 1 of everything. But neither Hunter got a Crystal. Super weird.
One of the Hunters I made in BC, leveled like normal.
The other was a boost from a CE token.
This needs fixed, THE ITEMS NEED RESTORED!.
I have noticed this on a lot of my characters, none are boosted. I double checked on one of them and they do not have the item in their inventory at all so that shouldn’t be the problem. It also seems sort of random on which character is affected. My paladin got the scroll last week but didn’t get the vial for BC TW.
I’m still not getting one.
Didn’t get the Swirling Timewarped Vial on this toon. Yawn. So tired of this.

To add my voice to the choir, this character is having the same issue - no drop for weeks now on my main and no quest item token hiding anywhere. This is an old character and has been my standalone raider for years.
I sent in a ticket and they pointed me here and told me to submit a bug report and marked my ticket as answered.
There doesn’t seem to be a cause, my alts are getting the drop and the friend I run most everything with has been getting them too. It started around the time that the achievement went live for the mount where it tracks your weekly progress. I’m wondering if it has something to do with that.

Burning Crusade timewalking, no drop.
Almost two full timewalking focused events (Anniversary and Turbulent Timeways), and no communication or resolution. At this point I’m just going to keep giving small bumps and an update each timewalking week, at least until we get some answers on if anything’s even being done to help affected players.

Not surprised however extremely disappointed
- Still not fixed
- Still no acknowledgement this remains an issue
- Still no communication on a fix timeframe
Another 800 badges missing …4000 all up, almost enough for a mount 
And I am sure there are a lot off people worse of with this issue than I am

Okay, I’ve done some testing with multiple characters. It seems that maybe characters that have completed that specific TW quest since the anniversary started (or at least since the last round of this specific TW dungeon) maybe don’t get the item. I didn’t get it at all on about 6 of my main characters who I always bring through TW dungeons but I did get it on either new characters or characters that I rarely play.

Two of my chars also has this problem with the TW quest item. At least one of them also cannot obtain the PvP quest Something Different for winning a brawl. Super annoying. One was boosted from SL Epic edition i believe, the other is a super old character I leveled.

Another week and two characters are still bugged and cannot receive the Timewalking items. I submitted a bug report, suggested Blizzard to acknowledge this issue, and linked this thread. Maybe one day they will care enough to fix this.

Same here: boosted level 73 mage, no quest item.

Wrath of the Lich King timewalking, still broken. All further testing will be done on my boosted mage, Sabrathel, because I got rid of my monk and reused the name, and because my mage is also affected.

I have been having this issue for a while, and its still occuring. Like you and others I made sure to delete all old turn ins from previous weeks that were stashed in my bank just in case. Heck I did this back during the anniversary event. I am still having this issue. They drop on my alts but not on my main priest. Its annoying.

Maybe there is something about the boosted characters. This priest was boosted several years back during BFA and she is the one having the issues.

I am still not getting this drop. I’ve missed them for the entire Turbulent Timeways event and all but a few weeks of the 20th Anniversary — literally two mounts’ worth of badges. Very sad.

My 2 non-boosted characters get the quest. My boosted character does not get it.
