Randomly my timewalking queue will just stop. I’ve waited over 40 minutes for dps when my partner next to me gets into a run in a few minutes. It seems to happen randomly. I’ll do a 1 or 2 dungeons then it will break. I can go to another toon and it will be fine for a few more runs then that one will break too. There seems to be no way to fix this. I’ve tried, logging out, completely restarting the game, changing toons, doing other queues in the meantime (which all pop just fine). It seems to only be affecting timewalking. Took me days to get the 5 I needed last week and I’m not looking forward to this for the next 4 weeks as well. Please fix.
No idea why it posted under an alt i haven’t played in months. This is happening on all my lvl 70 characters.

Happening to me too since about an hour ago. Same thing happened last week as well. I feel like Blizzard is throttling DPS invites so more players can get groups.
Problem is, it’s not affecting my husband who is sitting right next to me also doing timewalking on level 70 dps. He’s got all 5 done and one his second toon already, I’m stuck in an endless queue.

Ok so I think I’ve found the potential problem. This bug seems to be caused if you are the last one to leave the dungeon. It’s like the game still thinks you’re in the dungeon and therefore your queue doesn’t pop. I tested this by getting another toon and doing timewalking, I left as soon as the last boss died and was able to requeue just fine. I then made sure I was the last one left in the dungeon then left and tried to requeue and it’s stuck. It doesn’t seem to matter which timewalking dungeon it is, just don’t be the last one. That would also explain why it would start working again the following day after the daily reset, where the game would force you out of the dungeons.

I did 3 TW dungeons already and each time as a DPS my queue popped in less than a min. However i have now been in the queue for 40 min and i even completely closed the game after i was at about 22 min the first time. Nothing happening.

Happening to me as well but I believe at least my problem is turning in ‘The Shrouded Coin’ one-time quest is what’s causing my que problem. I was fine before it on this character and an alt but after turning it in I’m not finding groups quickly anymore.

I was plagued with this issue all of last week, on the 3 characters I ran TW on, all 70s.

This is an average thing for me at timewalking - it’s beyond annoying

We (DPS) are being throttled so fresh players can get faster queues (in my opinion).
Things to try:

NEVER pick up the quest for the Weekly badges (the coin); leave it in your Postmaster mailbox. If you have the quest not turned in, abandon it and destroy the coin. Anecdotal evidence from other players people who haven’t done the quest are getting faster queues.

ALWAYS be the first to leave the dungeon after it ends. Anecdotal evidence from other players that being the last to leave the instance can bug out your queue as the game may still think you are in the dungeon. I have witnessed this myself.
Source? It is just speculation. But radio-silence from Blizzard on this so we are left to our own devices to find a cause. I have run over 40 dungeons since Tuesdays on DPS classes and these are my own observations supported by what I have heard from other players and Discords.

I didn’t have this problem until I did Jade, like Nighthold mentioned. We did the skip and then I had to wait 3 hours to get into my last dungeon after requeuing once every 30 minutes.
People like to just say its because you are dps, play a tank or healer but I had an issue last week with one of my tanks and had to wait a couple of hours before I was able to try again successfully.

The same is happening for me as well just certain characters. My feral druid is the worst, stay with the queue times!!! I end up in groups with 2 more druids. This is supposed to be a multiplayer game, when I’m in a group with my friend it even takes longer. Please keep that in consideration as well. Blizzard get better! when it comes to friend groups and dungeons.

Why is this happening, there should be no excuse and no “work-around”. This should just work… Two different characters, same BS.

This is happening for me too. I tried disabling all add ons, resetting instances, queueing for BG, every superstition I came across. So far nothing. As a possible coincidence, the last TW dungeon I did on this toon was Jade. After that, I’ve waited in the queue for 30 minutes plus multiple times but I can’t get it to pop, on other toons, 5 minutes or less.

Still an issue. Make sure you load up blizzards mailbox with bug reports regarding this.
