Timewalking queue not popping

Randomly my timewalking queue will just stop. I’ve waited over 40 minutes for dps when my partner next to me gets into a run in a few minutes. It seems to happen randomly. I’ll do a 1 or 2 dungeons then it will break. I can go to another toon and it will be fine for a few more runs then that one will break too. There seems to be no way to fix this. I’ve tried, logging out, completely restarting the game, changing toons, doing other queues in the meantime (which all pop just fine). It seems to on…
