Adding my name to the list - this problem needs attention… or acknowledgement at the very least.
I know others have been posting that this “happens when…” but none of those situations seem to be consistent as far as what I’m seeing on my characters. Right now I have a character who is going on 20+ minutes in the queue while the wait time says average is 5 minutes. I can log off of this character and onto a different character who will get that 5 minute queue pop. I may be on a character that can run several in a row with no problem - then suddenly the queue seems to stop working. (Again, if I log onto another character - the queue pops just fine.) All of my troubles are occurring on characters I am leveling - so between the levels of 60 - 69; I’ve not been trying any max level characters (no need). It seems to just work when it wants to on whatever characters it wants to work on… Really unfortunate considering these dungeons are so good for leveling, and I’d really like to take advantage of that. 
Please address - or at least acknowledge.

I am having this same issue please add my name to list. This started happening to me last night on April 7 Bleeding Hollow server about 6pm. I didnt get into a group at all. I had to drop queues as they were over 1 hour and over 30 minutes each time to eventually me logging out. The same problem is happening again. I need 3 more dungeons for my hunter Jaylisra. I still need to finish up 1 or 2 more horde so I can get done with my alliance characters before Tuesday reset. Please fix this. This should not be happening with the group finder in this MMO.

I’m posting specifically on a character I know is having this issue.
I was able to run ONE Timewalking dungeon with this character this week - and the queue has not worked for me at all since then. (The dungeon I ran was Scholomance - not that I figure it makes a difference.) I’ve tried on several different days since then, but it does not pop. Ever.
This afternoon I was in a group with my husband, we queued together (both as DPS). Kept watching our “time in queue” rise while the estimated time dropped lower and lower without it ever popping for us.
As soon as I left the group - the queue popped for him.
Seriously, Blizzard - please. What is with this?? At least acknowledge that you see this as an issue and are looking into it! It is truly unfortunate those of us wanting to make use of Timewalking for leveling are completely unable to for some unforeseen reason - made only more aggravating that it is affecting some and not everyone.
(As a side note - my characters were having this same issue during the Cataclysm Timewalking last week. This is not just a MoP Timewalking issue.)

Bump; a new week and this is still happening. My warlock is now queue-poisoned and went from getting 5 minute waits to over 45 minutes. No issue on other characters.

Can also confirm, this character is now locked out somehow. Going on 1 hour in the queue, swapped to Tubolard and she works just fine. All my toons are level 70 and dps.

bugged on my level 70 hunter also. queued 1 this morning and then no queues popping at all since.
while i have been in queue a guild mate had cxompleted 3 seperate dungeons.
EDIT:
i was able to fix the issue by having a friend queue us up, after compoleting the dungeon my queues went back to normal.

Also having the same issue. I play 3 lvl 70’s. Mage was in queue for 30 minutes before I swapped toons. Hunter got in after 3 minutes. Logged back into mage, currently in queue for 20 minutes.

I’m also having the same issue… been happening pretty much every week now with the timewalking dungeons.
This is happening right now to me…
Same thing is happening to my Pally…average wait time is like 5 minutes while I’m in que for over an hour. I did one TW and now I can’t do anymore…
I tried to que for TW today, and the que will just randomly drop me. Requed, and it dropped me again. Gave up after 4 tries, and got dropped all four times like.
Still broken on a char. Queue wont pop for hours.
