Tired of game modes being designed around sweat nerd esports guilds who gets paid by Mountain Dew to play the game. What a stupid change.
So my higher ilvl toons will face âharderâ mobs? vs my lowbie lvl 36 in heirlooms?
So for my 80âs I just go get garbage greens and equip them for TW?
I just want my tw badges as quick as possible, but thanks.
OMG, I am so tired of the HP sponges.
Itâs like the first 3 bosses of BRD right now.
People are doing the mechanics right, and also doing them over and over and over because thereâs only like 2 yet the fight is around 5 minutes.
It feels so long and boring.
In BfA you could remove your bracers to drop your ilvl and make world quests way easier.
Scaling to level can sorta be justified, scaling to gear has always been absurd.
These dungeons are just grindy garbage so letâs make them take longer. Makes total sense.
Itâs not even so much about who green lights these changes but WHY? Why when there are countless bugs in the game right now is this kind of [pointless] stuff being prioritized over fixing ANY of them?! Beyond bonkers!
How about you fix your bugs and maybe then worry about nerfing fun?
Stop with these stupid changes acting like you guys at Blizzard donât have anything better you could be working on.
Yâall remember in those media sessions to shill TWW when WoW DEVâs like ion would say things like their biggest mistake was not listening to player feedback over the years? Seems like they still arenât listening with these changes no one asked for.
If you found the time to make these Timewalking changes does that mean you also found time to fix all the raids that broke in the patch or are we going to have to wake weeks or more for those to be fixed?
What a load of crock.
Are you going to scale gear rewards up as you scale the instance up to the level of gear of the player?
Of course not, but hey, letâs go ahead and scale the enemies to pad in more time for timeâs sake even though the rewards are garbage while ignoring the rest of the game that is on fire from ineptitude, bugs, and low-quality patched.
Donât worry. Theyâve done this before (made TWs take stupid longer and pumped up boss health so it took them forever to die) and people literally just stopped running them because no one is interested at that point. So they reverted the change back. They just forgot this lesson from the past.
Maybe they should hire Lorewalker Cho to remind them of past mistakes.
Just revert the changes back to being like how they were for the past ten years up until 11.0.5
I figured itâd be ilvl scaling. Disgusting. This type of scaling should never be used in instances.
Canât like this more than once, so Iâll quote it.
There are bugs that have been present since beta and they decide that making timewalking even less enjoyable is where they should focus their effort. So dumb.
Iâd accept ilevel scaling if it meant rewards kept scaling up as well.
But since they donât, this is just more content to ignore.
Imagine Cho telling a meta story at the event area about Blizzardâs relationship with the playerbase over the years. Unfortunately it would have to be scripted by Blizzard so even if it was real, it would likely not be accurateâŚ
Blizzard grasping defeat from the jaws of victory . . . again.
So are they going to start dropping gear everyone doesnât immediately vendor?
HP wasnât even the issue, really. The dungeons were just roll-over easy, maybe could have used some slight damage done tuning. HP will just make the packs take longer to brainlessly aoe down.
Ah, gear scaling. Brilliant!
So if I want to keep my character powerful, the best thing I can do is vendor the gear I get from drops and quests.
Especially higher ilvl gear with the âwrong statsâ.
Who is this madlad at blizzard that keeps waking up everyday thinking what horrible decision we can make today?
Ilvl scaling inside instances?! seriously?
