I appreciate the effort Grecko but honestly donāt entertain him, heās an idiot that thinks heās a genius aruging with that kind of person only entertains their ego. It does nothing to inform them. Next heās going to say, something like

I saw Torghast and was intrigued enough to re-install and subscribe, but I didnāt pre-order cause in the back of my mind I knew there was going to be some way for them to screw this up. Looks like I was right. Oh well, I can use the hard drive space for the new Doom Eternal content instead.

Nope sorry sweetie you canāt have Torghast too. But Iām sure you can download a timer app and time yourself and compare your scoreās with your friends.

Nah Iāll just play it with the timer theyāre implementing. No need to bring my own. Maybe they can include a casual version that has no time and no rewards for people who dislike challenges

I know. I stick by what Iāve said and would admit I was wrong if I felt I was. On this one though? Nah I donāt believe to be wrong.

A timer, is a timer by any other name. You can dance around it all you want but they function the same as far as the end results are concerned.
In fact in this instance the hard timer is better because you can still finish the content where as this new soft enrage acts more like a sanity bar for visions it eventually kicks you out.

Uhh no, timer is there to stop waiting for cooldowns which honestly we really shouldnāt be bothered by. If someone wants to wait 40 hours to do cooldowns between each pull let them. If not, limiting cooldown use per floor is a better solution. They said they donāt want timers in the Torghast panel so this is clearly a desparate solution from Blizzard.
Removing the timer would be easier and much better to balance around. Limit the use to a certain amount per floor or per death and you can manually set it per floor. Torments donāt mesh well with floor sizes being longer/shorter and they wonāt change the conditions to be based on deaths because they say this is a solution to stop people from waiting for cooldowns.

Everyone seems so worried that some people will wait on cooldowns between each pull. Make it so cooldowns can only be used once or not at all. Ends that possibility. no timer is needed to stop it.

Itās not the challenge we dislike. Itās the guy with the whip telling us not to loiter we donāt like. We can do challenges just fine without him.
And just from this post alone that blew up into a 1000 post thread I think they are going to get the hint very quickly that going back on their word of no timers is going to swiftly kick their profit margin in the bawls.
If there is breath in my body and I can still type I will fight this change with every thing I have.
