You are the one lying, and then talking about childishness.
I agree. Because I didnât say âenrage timerâ. I said soft enrage timer. Meaning that the run gets harder the longer you take to clear it.
Should look at what I said. Nowhere did I state âenrage timerâ.
If youâre going to say I said something, quote it. Otherwise, donât bother.
The Tarragrue was supposed to be the judge of whether a run was taking too long or not. Thereâs too many mechanics now.
Iâm not going to do more work at your request after you said something and now lie about it.
He only shows up if you die too many times now right?
You mean how it takes me, a Pandaren Mistweaver Monk, considerably a lot longer in time to kill something compared to an actual DPS class, is an acceptable norm for this new game mode? A game mode that was originally not punishing of your pacing?
Yeah man. Itâs easy to say that when you donât think about others. Others being, role, specs, age, disabilities. This game mode had everything going for it until they added this. BfA stubbornness 2.0
except itâs not a timer that instantly kills you when it hits 0, itâs a soft enrage similar to the floor being filled up with poison you shouldnât stand in. just finish the floor before the soft enrage gets to be too much to handle and youâre perfectly fine
Actually you did, by your own words âŚ
Because I didnât say âenrage timerâ. I said soft enrage timer.
Youâre playing word games, and causing anger and strife in the community, at a time when we really can use some good news and happiness instead. Stop it.
spend a bit less time typing to think about what you are posting. There isnât room for exploration if the reward is gained by rushing. There is no risk/reward, you donât gain any reward from reading an npc dialogue, admiring the art, or goofing off with your friends. The reward comes from rushing with a system like this in place. Better google all your anima powers ahead of time so you donât sit there thinking about your build or else your debuff will tick away.
The point of why people wanted the tower to begin with was to have a place where they could think thru their moves and be slow. We wanted the GOGO monkey on our back removed.
It does not matter that it is a soft timer. It still defeats the original concept set forth by the tower.
Oh no Blizzard is trying to challenge players!!! Loud noises!!!
You said I said something, burdenâs on you, not me.
Calling me a liar doesnât make me a liar. It just means youâre not willing to actually go pull quotes to prove yourself right. Guess thatâd indicate a lack of conviction on your end.
Are you done trying to [and failing to] make this personal?
Right, if you die too many times then youâre taking too long. Doesnât matter if someone uses CDs, thatâs what theyâre there for.
my main issue is that I feel like itâs going to be like horrific visions where Iâm just trying to get through it asap and I wonât stop because I want to stop but because the content just becomes frustrating.
Iâve looked at some of these âsoft timersâ and they just seem like annoyances that just make me roll my eyes.
Especially the ones that spawn enemies when youâre not in combat and the continuous damage.
If you want to only take portions of what Iâve said and misinterpret them then itâs no skin off my nose. Itâs not my fault you canât see the difference between an âenrage timerâ and a âsoft enrage timerâ.
Thereâs no reward for finishing a floor in a certain time, other than being able to play the next floor at a normal difficulty at this point.
Except the reward strictly isnât gained by rushing, hence why itâs a soft enrage. There is no hard timer, itâs a question of how much you can accomplish before clearing a floor without becoming overwhelmed.
âI want to AFK inside, outside of the specified AFK area, and still get through it.â
No, it doesnât.
Guess itâs a good thing I read extremely quickly and think extremely quickly then, isnât it? Maybe some people need to spend time researching things and others donât.
On a side note, good a time as any to go start dinner. Be back later!
I donât mind a challenge.
Golfing is a challenge.
The caddy next to me saying go go go GO GO we gotta get to the next field.
He is not a challenge he is just annoying.
We would like the challenge without the annoying caddy.
Would you best case it for me?
What is your pacing solution for the developers? Is it just 1 drum/hero/etc. per floor? per 6? What about very powerful class buffs?
I just donât think theyâre going to shrug and remove torments. Maybe cap or reset them per floor? Iâd just rather they not have to tune the mobs and abilities around the unlimited downtime version of Torghast people seem to want.
I really donât want to see a version of this tower go live with no limits on access or weekly rewards. I donât think that will be healthy.
