Also received a 441 curio. Just posting in this forum as instructed by the ticket.

Hi there, I just received the food item from Magmorax instead of a whole item, posting this to have visibility of the people afected by this issue.

Pretty frustrating to be penalized because of a bug. Can we please get a fix for those that completed the quest before it was hotfixed?

I also fell prey to this bug. A lovely 463 season 3 chest piece.

They better assist in fixing this.

395 chest piece. GM’s told me to post here, so I’m posting here.

I got a 389 item from mine. This is unacceptable.

We are fodder

Also received some 415 gloves.

Nearly 24 hours later and Blizz can’t even be bothered to issue a statement on this.

Terrible customer communication.

Absolutely ridiculous.

We pay for the worst customer service on any pay by monthly game.

Yeah , No… I bet almost anything we are SOL on this one… GG blizz. Im glad our monthly sub covers customer service… oh wait…

I also got 460 gloves season 3 yesterday. Is there anything they can do?

389 cross bow that’s only going to be useful for xmog, sigh

Same, opened a 395 trinket, reported in game and was instructed to create a post on the forums (???). I’ll create one as they said.

Received a 395 ring from season one. Submitted a ticket and was basically told they are aware of the problem and have no fix, and was directed here.

Character: Shaydryn, Area52

The same happened to me. Was given a 441 item level Emerald Dream curio as loot from this chest and was told to post here to help resolve the problem.

You know they can easily fix this. They have the systems in place to remove the incorrect items we’ve received and replace it with a correct, unopened timewalking cache.

The real question is will they do it?

Got a 405 Seal of Filial Duty, opened a ticket and told to complain here.

It’s wild that Game Masters now have no obligation to assist IN-GAME related matters. I remember a time when GMs actually fixed loot related errors and not tell players to go post on a forum that is never looked at and responded to.
