Time Walking Quest Reward not correct ilvl

I got a 431 version of what is probably my new BiS trinket. So. I’m a little upset. And considering that it’s considerably harder to gear up now (as far as mythics)…best case scenario they hand out a new crate and I get another bracer with garbage stats that I can’t use anyway since it would replace my embellishment.

Same issue with me, got a 421 cloak, opened a ticket and CS said they can’t do anything, its up to the Devs. So DEVS, do something!

I also had the same problem yesterday. I opened a ticket and customer support said they couldn’t help me , that I needed to reply here to get the attention of the Devs.

I submitted a bug report but I’m assuming I won’t get a replacement for my 441 curio, guess I’m unsubbing for a while. “Oops we forgot to do our jobs, but no, we won’t fix it.”

I had no idea there was a bug with the Timewalking Weekly until I turned it in. I’m glad it’s fixed but I still have the wrong ilvl neck. Would be nice if Blizz retroactively fixed it.

Adding my voice to this. I don’t feel it’s fair that we don’t get a replacement item or a new chest to open or even our quest reset so we can do it again.

Thanks for no new content AND screwing us over just as we’re excited for season 4.

Same, opened a 395 trinket, reported in game and was instructed to create a post on the forums (???). I’ll create one as they said.

Please fix. I got a 415 season 2 piece

Was told by CS to post here as well. Received a Season 2 415 ring (Entropic Convergence Loop) from the 493 cache. Looking to have it fixed like many others.

Recieved a 1/8 Champion Season 2 415 belt; was told to post in the forums because they couldn’t do anything about it.

I’m SO glad this isn’t a 20 year old subscription service - could you imagine?!

I got a 415 Helm from season 2, Was also told a ticket wont fix this and to come to the forums.

This appears to be a known issue that’s already been hotfixed earlier today. Unfortunately, Customer Support cannot assist affected characters with restoring any in-game items, currencies, or progress lost. We’d kindly ask you to report this on our forum so this situation can be bring attention to our Dev team, and they’ll decide if there’s any action they could take from their end.

Same here got Augury from cache on my Rogue. I got excited then I realised the 470ilvl on the item’s description. Can’t they chamge those items to new season ilvl or give new cache on the mailbox??

I received a season 3 cloak. Do we know if/when we’re being compensated?

I completed mine yesterday, opened the chest and got a ilvl 395 legs instead of 493. Contacted customer service who directed me to reply on forums bug reports to have the development team try to sort it out.

Same for me, was pumped seeing Ominous Chromatic Essence pop up on my screen, until I saw it was Season 2 ilvl 418. Opened a ticket and was told they couldnt do anything and to post on the forums. Horrible way to start a “victory lap” season, LOL. Hopefully they fix this, given their track record, I doubt it. But I bet you anything if we were mistakenly given 535 loot that quest would’ve been shut down IMMEDIATELY and that gear would be taken from us within a couple hours.

Same issue here. Got a season 2 415 ilvl helm out of the timewalking cache. Put in a ticket and the GM told me they aren’t allowed to fix it and said to post on the forums so the devs can decide if they can fix it. Blizzard CS has been getting worse every year.
