got the same issue, was told to post here, is it even worth hoping on them sending a fix? feel like this is hopeless and lazy on their end.

would love to see how they will resolve this without … everyone in here with or without rollback.
got an 421 weapon from S2
Think one of the issues they will have is that some people did get 393 plus loot. Can’t just reset quest cause then they get 2 pieces of gear. Hopefully tomorrows maintenance comes with some solution.

Oh yeah… all those people that got the fish or a 393, 441 item or so, will have a VERY unfair advantage for sure omg…

I recieved an i441 Flame-warped Curio. There’s not even a vendor for that.
I mean the simple answer is for someone to take the improper item away and replace it with a proper season item. It doesn’t have to be a new cache for a do-over. Most people posting here have an item that is not season 4 and the solution would be to have a season 4 item given to them.
It’s not a foreign concept, GMs had the power to do such things back in the day, manipulate an individual’s inventory to fix an issue manually.

Yeah back in the day before GM’s all got fired and now we deal with robots from out of country. Or AI that have zero power in game. Sad. Very sad.
It would be nice if our subscription included CUSTOMER SERVICE.

So basically what I’m seeing is those who unknowingly opened their cache are SOL and won’t get anything…so they screwed up and the players get the crap end of the stick. Because I do not believe blizz gives loot or items so basically those that opened without knowing got burned right at the start of the patch.
