Threatplates issue (stacking settings not saving)

running into an issue with threatplates in arenas.

If there’s more than a few nameplates, they stack literally to the top of my screen. and while moving, they’re constantly jumbling around. so the usual issue is, shaman presses grounding totem and it takes me 5 seconds to click the damn thing. tab targeting is not always an efficient option vs demo/bm hunter etc.

anyone else dealing with this? if i change the setting for stacking it resets right after i reload or join an instance or really do anything that changes where i am

Try lowering threatplate size itll minimize as much as you lower it

This isn’t a threatplates specific issue, its how the game handles stacking. There are cvars to adjust it

Nameplates set to Stacking but are actually Overlapping

Nameplates stack upwards, so nameplates at the top of your screen are going to end up overlapping since there’s an upper limit on your screen where the nameplates can go. Move your camera down to center the nameplates and give them room to expand up. Or move closer so the nameplate moves away from the top of your screen. [image] [image]

yep, just adjusted the cvars and it works fine
