They do. Games are usually won by whoever snipes the opposing base more so than winning team fights like you would expect in a BG. Just hit 2k in blitz playing on my resto druid. Healing really is the boosted role right now. And no, I did not see anyone chain CCing me or coordinating in the way you described.

You can believe what you want. But no one was chain CCing me in 2k elo and i was basically free to spam heal all game. I think I saw one person try to hard CC me into a kill window, but was immediately countered because the pvp trinket exists. I went oom before anyone was able to do any meaningful damage to me.

You can cc a tank but seem to have trouble cc’ing healers…make sense.

Again, that’s fine in a coordinated group, but with random people it never works out that way. Most of the time everyone either doesn’t CC or does CC at the same time as others which means the healer won’t die until the next round of CC is up again.
You can’t assume your random team will know to synch CC properly.
That’s the difference of good dps and bad. Bad DPS complain about healers being invincible and sit at low rating, where they should be. Good dps see a healer in CC and throw them in another all while doing lots of damage, and then gain rating
If you can’t kill low rated healers…that’s on you. get better
Games are fun when the 2 healers on one side are good, cross healing themselves and their team, and at least half of the full team actually understands objectives. When the team isn’t like that - especially when the healers are doing who knows what - the games tend to be frustrating and boring, and it’s more fun to just road fight and try to kill a few enemies before it’s over.
You’re just not going to win if your healers suck but the other team’s don’t. And to the yokels, no, I’m not playing a healer because I don’t want to. I’m not the one calling for or invested in this duo game mode that’s not ready for rated.

You can CC a tank long enough to cap a point if they are the sole defender. That is very different from CCing a healer long enough to kill someone in a team fight. The exact issue with the five capture point BGs is they discourage PVP and instead encourage a CC, cap, stall playstyle.
There’s a lot of kicks out there in an 8 man bg. If you can’t land a kick on a healer it’s a skill issue
You don’t need to perfectly sync cc though. There is a number of DPS classes out there than kill things in a dr stun.
Healers are strong right now but there’s lots of games where bad DPS will be bad and that’s only real reason people don’t die. The amount of damage going out if you’re even half decent is nuts. I can carry games just as hard on DPS as I do heals because I actually know how to do damage. You’re not going to carry any harder as a healer than you will as DPS if you actually know how to DPS. Either position still relies on their team mates to some extent.
Its not about just kicking a healer. Its about coordinating enough to put someone in a situation where they need to be kicked in the first place, and then properly kicking them. The DPS has to do two things correctly to land a kill, while all the healer has to do is not make mistakes that lead to that situation. If neither side makes mistakes, the healer will keep their team alive every time.
For context, I hit 2k elo in bg blitz despite not playing healers because of how overpowered they are right now. They clearly need to be changed.
Kick and CC healer = stonks.
If youre good at the dps role you will probably carry harder than a healer could.
Actually there is 3 DPS to each healer. And they don’t have to do things 100% correctly. If you know how to do damage 3 people can do enough dam to kill a healer in a kick and a dr stun.
For context I got 2.1 as DPS and 2.1 as healer. Sounds like you might need to learn how to do more dam and land a kick. Healers are fine at higher mmrs where people actually know how to do their rotation.
