blah blah blah this world quest is bugged blah blah blah has been since 8.1 blah blah blah Blizzard aren’t going to do anything anyway because they blatantly ignore this forum.

what sort of resolution are you expecting, when your “bug report” consists entirely of “blah blah broken”… giving zero information to work with? 
I am expecting absolutely nothing in terms of resolution. I mean if Blizzard are going to ignore this and this and this one and this one and this one and this one (among others) then they really aren’t even listening or checking these forums at all.
this is a bug that has existed for an entire year now, and absolutely nothing has been done despite multiple reports and it seems like nothing ever will be done.
did you read any of those threads?

if that’s the case, you need to complete the world quest.
That mentions the possibility of it, which was never confirmed by Blizzard, and in any case the world quest mentioned is currently not up at the moment
Blizzard never confirms in the Bug Report forum. If that’s your expectations, get used to disappointment.
