Blizzard, go to that thread and actually read it. Get this fixed, acknowledge the issue, or I’ll be seeking a refund. I just got screwed over by the thing I paid you for and I’m really annoyed right now.
Its a high priority bug but like the xmog bug its one thing knowing about it its another thing fixing. WHile the xmog bug was thot fixed it croped up again. There just as frustrated as you are and want it fixed but its not as simple as changing a single line of code.

They have ackowledged the issue (repeatedly). They are working to resolve the issue. And if you’d like to pursue a refund, I’d suggest submitting a ticket.

I do not believe third-party Blue Trackers monitor the Support forums; only the Community forums such as General Discussion and other areas where Community Managers and Devs may post.
That would make sense. I’d recommend they post somewhere that receive more notice than the CS forums if they don’t have a working fix imminent. There’s also people complaining about it in Trade, people on the forums are far from the only ones affected by this.
Unfortunately the issue with that is our SFAs are generally limited to the CS forum. They’re not the Devs or CMs who would make those posts. That those folks don’t make announcement posts is a sore point for many. If you would like to make that suggestion, it needs to go either in the WotLKC general discussion forum or submit it through the in-game suggestion and feedback interface. You would have to post there because no other staff but our SFAs come to this particular forum.

ok here we are in november 2023 and Blizzard’s “high priority” issue hasnt been solved. i still to this day can not use my Kalu’ak whalebone glider. i get on it and use it once, then try to remount after doing a quest and it says “This spell is not available to you.”… what gives??? i like this mount and would like to ride it on my rogue, but this is stupid. when are they gonna fix it? when i stop playing the game when cata comes out? it will be too late by then. i feel as though i have been patient.
Nothing will come from this post; the CS forum, along with the blues here, ain’t part of the dev team or folks who take feedback. If you want to leave feedback or bug report, would be best to do so in the bug report forum rather then digging up a year old thread.

Actually, it had been. Any issues that are happening now are standalone and not the same issue. It’s for this reason that necroing anything older than a week or two is bad juju. Especially something that is a year older.
Whatever was the cause back then, it was fixed. Your issue is something different and singular to you. We haven’t had this issue popping up in CS since the hiccup that came about when this thread was actually relevant.
I would suggest you try and full and proper UI reset. If that doesn’t do the trick, please come back and say so, and we’ll get you pushed on to the next step to getting this resolved.
