I don’t know what the expectation is. EN was too easy. NH was too hard. Castle was too hard. Dream is too easy.
I don’t think they will ever be able to get a “just right” with this many diverse player skill levels.

Normal raids haven’t been challenging in years. Did you just start playing? lol
Meanwhile, I just want to know why Vakthros is marked as a point of interest on the map like dungeons/raids/cities.
Prior to last tier: it usually took at minimum 60-100 pulls just to get your first AOTC. I remember staying up to 4am just to get my first AOTC Sire back in CN after 100+ pulls over a couple of days.
Fyrakk is easier than Sark and that was a 30 pull boss last tier. They had to buff him to actually make them a challenge.
This is true. But this is what happens with crests and catalyst. I have not gotten much gear and I sim 30-40k higher than I did day one.
There are people that are considerably more geared than I am. But I am hesitant to call for nerfing drop rates because it is somewhat demoralizing to see people in my raid that have done the same content be 5-7 ilvls higher with bis weapons and trinkets.
It may be too easy, but have you tried this boss yet? I see you in the upper right hand corner. Attack!!1!
Aberrus’s trash was obnoxious.
Glad Amirdrassil doesn’t have as much.
now go do it on heroic or mythic and report back.
Amirdrassil’s trash does more damage than the bosses on normal. I’m literally falling asleep on the bosses.
Shadowlands was the first expansion where I skipped killing the last boss outside of LFR, this will probably be the first expansion last raid that I skip…
I was expecting Galakrond or Murozond as a last boss, instead we got a pyromaniac with delusions of grandeur that nobody cares about.
At least he was one dimensional though.
Yeah probably not, but who knows. Tindral is really well-made I think, it doesn’t have broken/unfair mechanics like stone legion generals, it’s just a short intense fight that requires near-perfect execution.
You need to move up to heroic and then mythic if it’s too easy.
That’s what I have to say about that.
Guild cleared normal and heroic week one with leftover time given to first mythic as we always have.
Raid isn’t any easier or harder than the others.
If you think raid is easy because you cleared normal in 45 mins, maybe thats why youre being declined in keys
Normal has always been easy, anyone with half a brain was able to easily clear it every raid.
Maybe if you are bad at the game, Sepulcher was the only raid where it was actually hard to kill the last boss in heroic, other than that they are about the same.
we doing the same raid?
That it doesn’t have asinine amounts of trash an ridiculous walk back distances without portals or a speed boost?
Honestly that’s the time sink. Trash and walking.
Usually this is to accomodate the ilvl cliff that occurs at a similar point in progress. Tindral was tuned to die in week 2, not week 1.
Only another couple weeks before heroic is on farm too. The difficulty of this raid feels non-existent.
The difficulty gap between Mythic and Heroic is just bonkers.
My point was when you look at the pull count there was no gradual ramp up of difficulty. When you review previous tiers the first few always go down in 1-5 pulls, a ramp, a wall, and then the final stretch.
In this case the raid fell over until Smolderon, which put up a fight, but nothing crazy considering the rest of the raid fell over. Usually there’s a handful of 15-30 pull bosses.
