and few ohter so far as Sate I done the quest, I even done the Orc heritnage armor few time before but some how game think I need to do BFA breaking cytcle questline I remember doing but game don’t think i done.

I even have some one help look into it… So please Can some one of offical look into it I been asking CS on x/twitter and Made a ticket but this quest i done along time a go and Now It come back and I can’t get out of BFA Razzor hill.

The other one you just made, you can edit that. Click the pencil icon and at the top near your title will be the option to move forums. Move it over to Customer Support.
I will stress again that there may very well be nothing the SFAs there can do, but sometimes they can take a peak under the hood. They do not fix bugs and the like though.

Landusk, I know I asked you to post a new thread here but you might consider moving this to Customer Support forum potentially. Vrakthris is a Support Forum Agent over there who might be able to take a look and see if they notice anything. Not guaranteed, but might be worth a shot.
As for Landusk’s problem, it appears that at some point a quest may have gotten uncompleted somehow. This is for the character he is posting on.
He HAS NOT done the quest “This Ain’t Mine”, but has somehow done all the quest past it, including the ending quest of Warchief of the Horde.
Most troubleshooting guides (including the official one) say that Shadowlands intro phases the area. But Landusk has gotten at least as far as accessing Bastion, past the known phasing points. For good measure, he has also done Legion starter quests.
I tried party syncing with both myself and him as leader and sadly no luck.
So yeah. Something fishy seems to be going on here!
Completed quest don’t generally disappear from the character’s quest history, not unless there is a fundamental change to the game as a whole that removes them. It’s odd that you do seem to have the quests before and after that one marked completed.
Did you faction change that character at some point, Landusk? I don’t see it, but I thought I’d ask just in case I’m not seeing everything.
Just to double-check, I assume this means that Orgrimmar gates, etc… are phased for BFA?
If you can, log off of the character for me and let me know when you have done so. You can switch to another character if you want, but just stay off of that one until I tell you it’s all clear.
I log off but I do you one Better I log off at issue site Razor Hill show you this issue and see it for you self-go ahead take look and see what going on.
Sure I may miss my riad but to see this issue fix yeah I see it done.

You shouldn’t have to miss anything. You can log back into the character now (Note: you have the quest again and it’s completed, just not turned in).
I just needed to get some information so I could see about tracking down what might be going on. Simply completing the quest might not fix the issue and I don’t want to do more harm than good.
As soon as I have an update I’ll let you know, but in the meantime, you should be able to play normally, except for the Razor hill thing.

I just sadden I won’t get new duck form this year.
Unfortunately yes, looks like it will be a little longer. But this is good because Vrak was able to collect some data to pass along to hopefully help the devs fix the problem for you and, potentially, others.
There’s a chance they could change up the way the duck colors work this year. I know there was A LOT of pushback about them being character specific. They might become Warbound now which would mean an alt could do it.
that good I Understand it alot of red tape and lot of higher up need see lot of work order but lest now this issue seen and delt with and this be on note.
I’m not sure what you are referring to, Landusk. We’re not waiting for some “big wig” or someone higher up to see this.
I saw the issue. I understood the issue before you placed yourself in Razor Hill. That doesn’t mean that I or anyone else “higher up” can just wave a magic wand and make it go away instantly without any thought as to what that means for the character going forward.
As I said, I could complete the quest, but that doesn’t necessarily fix the issue, so I want to make sure that we’re not missing anything.
Alright, for a bit of an update. We believe what may have happened in this case is that the quest being available was a bug that was already fixed, but it was not retroactive.
You should be set now, Landusk. Razor hill should be returned to normal.
