Durotar Phasing Issue (Again)

For some time now (at least a few years) I have a phased version of Razor Hill preventing me from doing holiday activities in that town. In the past I have given up trying to get this fixed, but I am resolved to get it done this time.

On my (main) character Olrong-Kul Tiras (US), the quest “This Ain’t Mine” flags false, but others in the chain come back true (which should not be possible). I’ve spent an inordinate amount of time trying to find any incomplete quests. I also just wasted time completing old quests in Twilight Highlands (to no avail). For the record, Olrong (a DH) has been my main since the Legion pre-patch and to my best recollection will have completed every launch and campaign quest available (including “This Ain’t Mine”) up to time of posting.

I filled out a ticket in game, but was told that I need to file a bug report instead, so that is what I am doing (once I figured out how to get past the fact that the website was failing to recognize that I have at least one character level 10 or above–I have thirty-four, not that it matters–and thus was not allowing me to post.)

Is my frustration showing?

It occurs to me that some time back I changed the name of my main from Ôsorong to Olrong*. I don’t know if that would make any difference with this issue, but just in case it does, there it is.

*I changed it because friends told me it was difficult to find/type the original name. So, a tip for anyone who happens to read this: try not to use special characters in your names, but especially don’t start the name with a special character.
