Loaded up LFG, made my message with gear score and no H+

Today’s dailies are VH and the ridiculous Occulos

The group fills up and this is the convo…

Tank: total silence

Me: OK Healz here VH then Occ.

Hunter: I am locked on both

Me: But you listed for both

Hunter ummm (leaves group)

Warlock: H+?

Me: No my tag says Reg only.

Warlock: Oh yeah (leaves party)

Sham: I am locked on OCC

Me: Good we are doing VH first so that’s cool

Sham: Is this H+

Me: No, reg

Sham: Oh perfect, afk for a second(goers afk and NEVER returns but stays in group).

New Hunter: is this H+?

Me: No, my tag says H reg and your tag only has GS4321

New Hunter: Well logically that means I am H+ only! No one over 4k goes H reg.

Me: Yes they do all day, bu bye. (Hunter2 leaves)

Tank: complete silence

No group formed, people all over the map, some flying to VH, some to Occulus.

This thread is accurate.

Heroics are completely ruined by Blizzard because of the introduction of Heroic +.

It’s a disaster.

Based on what you posted, it appears there was 0 communication prior to forming the party. I suppose this is the disconnect I have with people who post about issues with the LFG tool…

I haven’t accepted random invites, even while listed since maybe the first couple of days that we had the tool. I’ve had enough random invites from people just wanting to enter a raid instance or something similar, then drop group forcing me to relist that I decided it wasn’t worth the bother.

A simple, “Hey :slight_smile: What’s this invite for?” if receiving a random invite, or a, “Yo! heal H+ VH?” if sending seems to do wonders.

I really can’t understand why they do you want to make a separate branch in LFG for H+. It really doesn’t look like a lot of work to set that up.

It’s really not as bad as you describe it. But yeah WOTLK is technically just a half a step before retail in terms of game design. So I won’t be surprised to see people get bored and disconnected with it same way they did to retail wow.

What’s the reason to do regular? Clearly you have an abundance of players who can do H+, which would also give your 12th alt H+ gear?

You might as well be making an argument that you’re mad there is no Model T lane on the interstate.

Yeah lfg system is kind of annoying they should have dungeon finder for regular heroics and group finder for h+

Wait until you hit 80. Barely anyone runs full naxx runs/p1 anymore unless your decently geared or buying in a gdkp.

Because I have not played any pc games since like 2013.

I am a noob.

What people call bad. Or just way out of practice.

Not to mention the 6-10 second lag spikes on this game.

So I am learning, and I do that in regs.

Also, I am not a raider, I am strictly doing these runs to get heirlooms for my alts.

Who cares if you’re bad, you did the work and made the group. Sit back and get carried by the waves of people doing H+ for the dailies. Free gear.

And if you’re lagging that bad, sounds like gear won’t fix your issues anyway.

badges. why spend extra time doing h+ so you can stroke your ego with your 4k dps when we can just run normal heroics and get badges 5x faster. understandable to want to do the daily heroic in H+ for the extra conquest badge, but outside of that, if youre geared and wanna do h+ for badges… youre a dope.

But the people running H+ don’t want valor badges, they’re there for the 5 conquest badges.

Its not the intro, its the difficulty. The mechanics are too hard and too unforgiving for bad rewards.

Sadly its easier to raid than do H+ for badges.
