Sac is pretty OP though and needs nerfs for sure.

Ele burst is broken. Needs nerfed

My only issue wasnā€™t rating shaming but merely saying the glad level players may be able to handle gimmicks like ele burst a lot better than 1800 players who canā€™t react to the damage. And blizzard should take that into account when designing burst like what marksman hunters, augvokers, or windwalkers have
