Rest assured, Captain Soapbox, Talontuull and Talonel (same person) don’t actually believe any of the things they say. They’re just trying to bait people into lashing out at people just trying to live their lives, doing harm to the things that they pretend to be in favor of on purpose.
They likely agree with you 100%, they just want to bait you into saying it on the forums so that you can have a strawman to rail against, proving that “people” who think “those things” really are totally unreasonable.
Unfortunately, the forum mods fall for it again and again because each individual post is treated as an island instead of a pattern.

It’d also be cool if we got NPCs using they/them pronouns. Some could be retconned – for example, Alamar Grimm, Redia Vaunt, or Chintoka (all warlock-related NPCs)… either retroactively referred to as non-binary, or saying, “hey, I use these pronouns now”.

Exactly. Three ways to be identified in game literally by your character’s name , by your class and though 90% I just go by those two, on rare occasion if I mention a character by gender it’s nothing I stress over it’s what your character looks like. If it looks female it’s she if it looks male it’s he. That’s it.
Move on with life it’s a character in a computer game.

A troll that knows well enough there arent pronouns in the game for your character. It’s already gender neutral
sure, but if someone asks to be addressed by their pronoun instead, it should be respected and if someone isn’t being respectful, they should be punished.
