They/them pronouns

What do you mean by ‘no’? These changes are confirmed to be coming into the game dude, stop roleplaying as a developer

I think he’s roleplaying as an NPC because his reply makes 0 sense and gives no context to his opinion. I would just safely and promptly ignore.

They are not confirmed.

Me.

“No the Shaman didn’t pull that trash he was on the other side of the room”

Seeing as more people agree with what I’m saying, shows that it’s a bit more than you’re capable of understanding or wanting to understand. Seems you’re a bit close minded. Comes with your hypocrisy.

“maybe able to” means not confirmed. Or does this also not make sense to you?

I will always be the hero / champion.

I’d imagine it would be easy enough to change the way they address us in-game by our pronouns if they ever add that into DF. Plus it’s more fun to be addressed by your preferred pronoun than just “champion”.

It certainly seems as if all of these discussions time and again are all about Talonel and others like them who seem to only be able to define themselves by their sexuality and pronouns. Further their zealotry at it broadcasting it again and again, certainly makes a strong case that they have nothing else about them that they feel is interesting, as if they did it would not be such a defining and core issue.

Rather than their sexuality and pronoun being a fascinating footnote in the much larger profile that is a human being; it is their only defining characteristic, at the detriment of other things that bind us together as a common collective. IE: “I like Mushrooms on my Pizza” or “I like this particular musical group / genre”.

Sadly because this is the only characteristic they uplift, they have to draw as much attention to it as they can and they cannot fathom that there is far more to them and any other human being than simply those two things. Nor is it about equality or inclusivity.

If it were, they would be thankful for all Blizzard has done already. But nothing is ever good enough, because it’s a cancerous relationship where they must always demand more, even when demanding more would come at the detriment of others, skewing the equality that most people desire to see; into favoritism or preferential treatment.

I say this only because it has been my experience that most people (that truly are what Talonel and others are claiming to be) do not behave this way, or even consider such things to be their most important / defining characteristic.

Yet because they do, I seriously doubt they are really that in the first place; which brings to mind a question of motives. The motive being so nebulous and one dimensional, honestly makes me conclude that the posts are calibrated to simply cause forum unrest or attempts to garner attention.

…Also tell Sur’jan I’m still better than him. Nazmir crazies are gonna be crazy.

I am sick and tired of hearing about this. Oh, you have a preferred pronoun? Congratulations no one outside of your little bubble cares.

This type of crap has no business being in a fantasy game

“I” is a pronoun.

I doubt you’d tell someone that in real life. Decent person would respect someones wishes to be addressed as their pronoun. Else you’re not a good person and thus not worth having around.

Number of times I have used pronouns in game per week is single figures.
Not an issue.

Everyone is a guy to me unless they specify else wise. Even then, I’m still suspicious.
