The only thing we have on the forums, which is hardly AI - and doesn’t work nearly as well as it probably should - is some really REALLY bad words that get flagged for review.

CS has NEVER done that - that would be our Community folks. They still exist and do what they always have in perusing the forums for things that may need to be brought to their attention.

No sure where you got this impression, but absolutely none of your statement is correct.

It was told to me by an ex-staffer, explaining why things that get a lot of buzz on the forums get attention, whereas long-standing issues get ignored. If the information I got is incorrect, my apologies, and thank you for the correction.
