i am no longer doing delves, this content will be completely ignored from now forward,
I will level to 80 and buy gear and consider that endgame and I dont plan to put forth much effort in to that

Well there’s your problem. Healers have never really been cut out for solo content.

Tier 7s are a solid place to spend your keys on bountifuls if you’re looking to gear up and aren’t engaging in other gearing paths.

Tier 7 bountifuls give 597 in their chests, that’ll help get to that ~600 mark recommended for tier 8s (alongside the 610 from vault).

I know a lot of the content creators were peddling this idea of saving keys for tier 8s because its “optimal” - but if you’re using Delves as the progression system for your character, then it really doesn’t matter.

Forget that advice and just allow yourself to progress through the content. Having 100 keys when you finally reach tier 8 doesn’t matter if you had a bad time getting there.

Swabble the noose neck and shiver me timbers! Delves will be tweaked four more times, so just be ready to enjoy two of those tweaks and to despise the other two. I really hope that one of the first two are last.

“Slight”

:expressionless: bud I mained hunter for many, many years and only shelved him for this expansion because it felt really mechanically boring compared to other classes (think I just outgrew it).

To say hunters have a “slight” advantage is… underselling it a bit. Hunters are, were, and probably always will be THE solo master class. It’s what we do.

My priest is way more fun to play and can pump out more damage once I get ramped up, but it doesn’t have nearly as many tricks up the sleeve + pet tank to help out of a bad pull of too many mobs or an over-tuned boss.

It’s not an insult or anything – hunters are made to be the best at solo. So they’re rocking delves this expac. I would normally be playing one myself but I’m just kind of tired of the class after so long.

It’s really not though. It’s a balance issue. All classes/specs should be able to rock the delves. They should be a challenge but not impossible or to the point where people are quitting because it’s just not fun.

That’s why TWW needed another few months in the oven, frankly. Stuff’s not balanced yet and now they have to try to do it live with repeated “fixes” that, half the time, make it worse.

there NOT class balanced at all. This is the issue!!
A DK or whatever can walk in a face roll the last boss but as a mage its near impossible for some of these bosses.
Unless theres a tank class for Brann it will never be balanced

Delves should be for every spec, not just ones already good at soloing. That’s part of why they suck.

Loot has been weird for a while, I got 12ish bows in a row during the Amirdrassil patch in DF, I wouldn’t mind blizzard adding some sort of pity system at this point honestly, if a piece drops more than X times in a row your next piece should be guaranteed to be a different slot.

yea, pres evokers can dps and heal at the same time while having absurd self sustain so ofc you are going to say it’s fine.

it isn’t hard at all. it’s a damage spongefest that takes friggin forever on my mw monk and hpriest. at no point i would say it’s challenging. just a boring slog.

All specs can complete the delves.

You may not be able to solo as high using disc as you could if you were shadow, but that’s really okay tbh.

I mean. Dual spec exists for a reason. Gear transitions from one spec to the other almost perfectly (exception being some specs using different weapons/trinkets.)

Tl;dr

Delves are fine. Skill issue

No, it’s not OK to force solo players playing solo content into meta specs, and the fact you don’t understand this is hilarious :rofl: Definitely a skill issue with your critical thinking there, but ok bud :+1:
