Ah ok, I wasn’t really sure how the limited plot slots worked~
I will be joining on Kinarra. Let me know what to do when the guild is open for members.
Ok, we’re registered! I’ll be grabbing people in the evenings or weekend. If you’re joining on an alt, I’ll need your main to send Kirsy an in-game mail with the name to invite. I believe you’ll have to be a Horde character in the guild if you want to create a neighborhood home. But then you should be able to access it on anyone.
I’ll put the Discord link in the guild info or hand it out personally.
Oh - if your main is Alliance, send in-game mail to Larisi.
Heck yeah! We’re surprised the name wasn’t taken, but it’s wonderfully fitting all the same.
Pretty amazing name, ngl.
Also, mail sent to Larisi requesting access for Ironshield.
BRING ON THE FLAMINGOS
Wyrm’s Rest Accord Cabal Neighborhood will be one of Sadgati’s biggest customer soon!! ![]()
Brb, changing the name to “Flamingos R Us.”
Soon as I can get home and log in, I’ll throw Khonn at you.
No huge rush ![]()
We have a couple weeks to get everybody invited.
So how does this work, exactly? If I have one alt in the guild, all of my characters have access to my housing so essentially you’ll be exposed to all of them, yeah? Or are my non-guilded alts locked out?
I just don’t want to be overexposing myself
Yes, any of your alts can use the house - no matter what faction. You get 2 houses, one on each faction. Alts can visit either. You click the house icon and you get to select which house you want to go to. Blizz might have missed the mark on some things, but I think they got that part right!
Since you guys know my orc, the only WRA character left, thinking of just moving him right on in!
I would presume there’s a way to remove people from the neighborhood that cause problems, right?
The only neighborhoods you cannot remove people from are public neighborhoods.
Anything made private or via guild can be gated.
You have to connect the character to the player unless you had previous access to their Real ID / Battle.net, something I don’t give out often.
is this because i want to grow tomato plants
and were back to one of the reasons people tend to stay within their own guilds
They have to get in first. And so far everyone who’s in is someone I know in one way or another. Even so, I’m not shy about gkicking, and I’ve caught people who’ve tried to sneak into former guilds before. There was one guy who tried 7x. Got him every time within 2-3 days.
I wouldn’t worry about it, personally.
I think it’s easy in say a guild neighborhood. Gkick = eviction. But yeah, in a public neighborhood you are kinda out of luck. The others can be managed.
If I have to join a guild, you guys are in luck!! I’ve already decided no more guilds going into next expansion. My most recent one, the GM quit WoW while rebranding her gaming community to no longer include Warcraft. I’m not sorry to say this but guilds have done a whole lot of nothing for my characters in WoW going back to 2010. 2011 to 2013, all of my grouping was through Openraids . Now it is Facebook and Discord.
