“New reputations and Renown tracks will be Warband-wide.
A new Warband bank will allow you to easily store and share items between your characters.
The ability to collect most item appearances with any character in your Warband, regardless of their ability to equip the gear.”
It’s about time you guys catch up with other MMOs that had share bank access for freaking a long time.
Consider adding an easy method to move Vanity Guild banks to Warband banks efficiently. Many of us alt-aholics have sprawling Guild Banks that will no longer be necessary with the Warband feature.
Consider adding a way to way to designate a Warband bank tab to reagents similar to how the reagent tab currently works, e.g., deposit all reagents. Alternately, consider making an individual character’s reagent bank operate as an extension of the Warband bank. Separate reagent banks per character are going to get very confusion.
I’m in this boat. And some of these items were made soulbound and/or unique after I put them in there, so I can’t even move them the normal way at all.
Will the class restrictions on transmog gear exist for old gear as well? For example, if I loot Warglaive of Azzinoth on a Priest, will I unlock the appearance for my Rogue or not?
Class-specific appearances are an exception and will still be collectible only by that specific class. Most class-specific items can only be collected by those classes through a set piece token, and others are often only aquireable by that specific class anyway. Overall, it’s intended that this restriction has little influence on your ability to collect the majority of the transmogs that you want for your Warband.
Fair enough but can you then please remove relics from Legion raids and dungeons completely. They have about as much use as gray vendor crap now.

I think you need to consider a few easy wins here that are holding this back.
The character screen shouldn’t just be 4 guys standing around, they should be in poses or interacting with the environment like in your prior advertisement.
Mog collection from any raid that has legacy loot enabled should be obtainable on any class, don’t restrict class specific mogs in old content unless it’s bound to quests or a class halls. Most people do old raids FOR the class mogs, you’re effectively not changing anything here.
You need to specify the warband bank gold limit you have 17 million in the image.
Maybe 20 years after Tmog released, we will finally reach the state it should have been in on launch with basically no restrictions and if you bind any item you unlock it.
2.5m for the final bank tab is infuriating. Not all of us are end-game Goblins, and honestly, please stop encouraging that style of play. The WoW economy makes things a poor experience for the vast majority of players.
The transmog system is such a mess and actually worse that carrying gear around. I wish they would learn from other games and add a wardrobe type feature.
allow the “hide pants” feature. I can imagine their thinking, but really. If someone doesn’t want to wear pants they can still take them off, so what’s the point. Plus many transmog dress items get ruined because you can’t hide the pants.
remove all restrictions on type, i.e. cloth/mail/leather/plate. I can already transmog my plate armor to a cosmetic Spring Dress and go and raid with that on. So restrictions are just unnecessary limiting. Now I have literally have to carry extra sets of gear around to put on to achieve the transmog I want, which just defeats the whole point of their system!
likewise, remove all restrictions on weapon type. For example, I can’t transmog a shield into an off-hand, which his just annoying. So I have to carry an old off-hand around.
stop making me have to go to a vendor or put up a mount to trasmog. Just let me do it anywhere.
But most importantly…
Let me transmog the slot, not the item, and let me save those in an outfit/wardrobe. If I come into town, I want to just be able to click a button and put on my casual set. If I’m fishing, I just want to equip my fishing look.
I don’t want to have to pay gold to do that either. I mean, really, how ridiculous is that, having to pay gold to get changed. If you must make me pay a tax (but again, why!!!) then make it on the number of wardrobe/outfit slots I can have. I would pay a few thousand to have multiple outfits that I can then equip whenever I feel like it.
The Winterpelt rep is 90% dragon glyphs and back pieces which can be worn on all toons. There is a mace (honored), a cooking recipe (revered), and a tailoring pattern (revered). Unless you insist on having the cooking recipe on every character, you should only have to do the full grind once for the achievement and up to revered for the pattern/recipe on alts. It’s more forgiving than most of the other rep grinds in the game.
Dragonriding was great and all, and was good at the time. But all that is needed is faster flying with the fancy effects, so just make normal mounts as fast as Dragonriding with an extra boost button I can use every so often.
I know I could use “dynamic flight” but the way you launch is just annoying and when you hit a tree and run out of energy is just not fun.
