CS very well has the ability to forward to GM’s or Dev. When warranted. This is not a charity-run forum (Hence the BLIZZ posts). It’s a customer retention forum.

Generally the only things the SFAs here pass on to QA or the Devs have to do with account-based things.

It is not a customer-retention forum. It is a player-helping-player forum with Blizzard oversight and moderation.

Provide proof, that a company, does not talk, with their own company. From personal experience - departments DO talk, to resolve customer complaints, when valid. Hence, again - Customer Support.

Complaints/feedback belong in the Community forums, not the Support forums. This is not an “I am a Customer - Support Me” forum.

I can appreciate that, Vksmasher - but I think you mistake what CS is. We deal in gameplay issues - but not in that fashion. Devs are over decisions like balance, skills, etc. QA is over bugs CS is for being stuck ingame, violations of our code of conduct, billing issues - things of that nature. This forum itself, is primarily a player to player helpdesk.
